Nice hotel in a good location, close to restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities in Collingwood, and about a 10 min drive from Blue Mountain. Overall, it was a great place to stay and met our needs.
Terrible customer service
The room we got the first night wasn’t even a 1 star hotel room. No hot water in the bathroom, old room with plasters on the walls of the repairs they done very poorly, a big solid glass window with out a window to open, the most uncomfortable pillows, and the list can go on and on. I try to contact you guys (ORBITZ) and I received unacceptable response for the situation. Finally the staff in the hotel after we get very upset gave us another room, not with out blaming Expedia for the booking with you guys that room was a much better room than the one they gave us on or arrival to the hotel. Terrible experience overall The inside pool poorly maintain dirty and the hot tub water was dark with strong smell because they didn’t treat the water. NOT happy with ORBITZ/EXPEDIA or the Hotel. You guys never tell us that the hotels gave Orbutz/Expedia de worts rooms in the hotels.
