Located close the the freeway for easy off and on, but far enough away to not get any freeway noises. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have used a few more items for variety for the "hot" portion...only had scrambled eggs and sausage patties along with oatmeal and all the fixings. Had cold cereals, breads, fruits and some cold ham and cheeses.

Could use better pillows - otherwise comfy and plenty of room to relax and work

Love the heated pool and hot tub. The check in person had printed info. on restaurants. The Blue Elephant Thai food was excellent.

the room was clean and modern, everything was new, the hotel location was great

The suites are very nice, looked newly remodeled. All was good, except that there was a lot of light in the room. Light from the window, as the curtains are a bit too small. Light from the hallway, as there's a small margin into the front door of the suite. So should you not mind these, the suites are very comfortable. Breakfast has several hot items, so good food, coffee, juice and tea.

Room was spotless, but layout is inconvenient. I like a bright room and the way my room was designed, the bed is by the window and the seating is behind a wall which blocks most of the light from the window. Also except for a desk chair, there was no chair in the room, only the couch to sit on. Lots of TV channels but no TV guide only an HBO guide. Room seems kind of cold, I don't mean the temperature, I mean the décor and colors, mostly white with gray carpets, more color would have helped. Good comfortable bed, and very quiet room which I appreciate, so overall I'd give it 4 stars.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, but in different location. The other time it was in Napa. Overall the place is clean, the room was comfortable and the staff were courteous. The only problem I had was when the key cards were not working to open the door to my room and rear hotel entry door which I was using to exit/enter the hotel. Very inconvenient to be stuck outdoors at night or not be able to enter my room. The affordability is great. Great for a small family. The in room kitchenette was great to have. And I like the living room area semi-separate from beds. The room was kept pretty clean. I think the staff could be more meticulous about dusting, I'm a bit of a neat freak, however they did good job of providing towels, emptying waste baskets etc. I would recommend to his hotel and would stay here again in the future.

Nice hotel a very good service, the breakfast was good, from 8:00am to 10:am a little short but was good. Thank you

Go to breakfast early, it gets very busy, beds are very comfortable

Staff was very friendly. The layout of the room was well designed. I liked the desk and couch in one area and the beds in another. It allowed me to work while my daughter slept without being disturbed. The beds were very comfortable. It had a homey feel.

Every time I stey there it is a great experience great hotel staff great content al breakfest plenty of parking for trucks

Everything was great the only thing I would like is to be able to get a better price I always reserve ahead of time like 3 months ahead and still get the same price

We were very happy with what we found upon arrival at the Spring Hill. The rooms were very clean, the bed was awesome, and the staff very friendly. The location to highway 99 was ideal and there are plenty of good eateries near by. I would stay here again anytime I find myself in Bakersfield.

I had a fantastic experience. I ended up checking in pretty late, an the front office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ice cold beer available in the lobby store, and a pretty decent breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming into town for business or pleasure. Plenty of restaraunts in walking distance and freeway close!

Everything is nice, good location and people who work there are friendly and helpful. They have special room for the deaf where they have flashing doorbell and flashing fire alarm.

The staff was pleasant, great waffles and breakfast

The check in was easy. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast. My only complaint was the temperature control in my room. It was inconsistent. I like to sleep cold and the lowest temp available was 68 degrees. Sometimes it was cool and other times it blew lukewarm air. I was not able to easily regulate it.

Very clean attractively decorated hotel located right off a main street where it is quiet. The breakfast is more than continental.

great value for the price we paid. had all the basic things right.

This hotel had every basic thing right. Breakfast was good enough. Overall, excellent value for the price we paid.
