Property was pretty good and convenient to where we we’re headed. Restroom could’ve been a little cleaner especially toilet.
Clean and well run. They charge more for “premium Internet.” It’s not a resort so it’s a little unreasonable to charge for premium Internet.
easy access from highway 58. pleasant dining staff
The staff was great but kudos to the gentleman checking me out in AM. One of the best Hampton Inn & Suites we've stayed in.
The hotel needs workers are super friendly and accommodating the area itself was a little sketchy ..
We just needed a quick one nighter in a decent place. This was perfect. We worried about the safety in the parking lot however, desk clerk told us there is security in parkiing lot which made us feel much better.
It was a nice Hotel. Room was clean and staff was very nice. No complaints.
Masks are not required for staff or guests--either to be worn properly or at all. I saw multiple staff with masks pulled down or not fully on. I asked the front desk person if masks were required, and they said yes, why did they need to tell someone? And this was funny because I asked after watching a guest not wearing a masks have a full-blown conversation and exchange his breakfast items with this front desk person. Since one can see this detail as either a deal-breaker or awesome, I thought it would be important to include in my review. The facilities did appear clean, normal clean--as in, I don't know if added COVID measures are actually being implemented, the only thing I saw was a sticker indicating that the room had been sanitized. Good location: right next to freeway and a couple of fast-food chains. Comfy beds.
During COVID, cleanliness seems like the highest priority. Unfortunately, while the front desk staff at this Hampton Inn was bright and friendly, the cleaning staff seems to be off in another land. There were sticky spots on the counter, detritis on the carpet, and I couldn't help but wonder, what else hadn't been cleaned? A minor comment is that the furniture is beat up and the art is random, but that wouldn't have caused this negative review. Not a good place for peace of mind.
Very loud air conditioner made it hard to sleep well. Bathroom fan didn’t work at all. Wasn’t impressed.
Clean, check in host was great.. breakfast was awesome and free!!
loved the experience super friendly service. Great rooms with service and cleanliness. Complementary breakfast was 👍. Definitely booking this hotel again
Stayed here for a night and Room was good. Front desk staff wasn’t professional but little rude. Didn’t have water bottles in room. When I asked about that the front desk person said, it’s not you butninly for Gold members. I was surprised! Breakfast was ok. Probably won’t go stay there again.
