Nice hotel and quiet despite being fairly near the freeway. I arrived late but was welcomed by the staff. Took my breakfast to go and they were also helpful and accommodating.

Short stay in Bakersfield on our way to Las Vegas--treated wonderfully by staff

We stayed here on our way back from Vegas. Room was clean. It didn't have microwave. But they put one in room after we requested. Two things which can be improved. 1. I am always fan of hotels which include free breakfast in room charge. That would be very convenient especially for folks who are using Bakersfield as stopover for a night. 2. We were on second floor and in the night, we could hear clearly whenever someone was walking in room exactly above us on third floor. That disturbed us a bit.

Nice place, I would stay there again. It is easy to find and it is close to shopping and the freeways.

Great bistro and cafe - in the morning we were able to order coffee and breakfast to go for the road !

We liked the hotel a lot, it was super nice to enjoy the pool and the hot tub after a long driving. The outdoor yard is very nice.

everything went fine but at the price, it seemed a little chintzy as far as amenities and the fact that you had to pay for coffee and breakfast

Would like better if cafe was open all day. The hotel has an odd odor and the tap water sort of smelled the same way. Sort of like a room full of truck tires or some petroleum product. I'm not trying to be mean, just my observation. I have to say though, everyone was really nice and very accommodating.

Nice clean hotel, Very friendly staff ,I'd stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely nice. The pool was a little bit small but decorated tastefully.

Stayed here for one night over Thanksgiving. Was quiet, clean, and perfectly met our expectations. Would stay here again.

Motel was right off Hwy 99. Check in was quick and easy. Dining area was closed, for the evening. It was the day before Thanksgiving Our room was clean, with no strange smells or odors The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also well cleaned. The only issue I had was the toilet paper dispenser was too low. I hit it with my knee every time I sat down. The next morning we had breakfast at the in motel dining area, menu was sparse but the food was well prepared. We spent two days at the facility I would do it again. I was very pleased.

Overall, was satisfied. Had a scary spider experience, however, staff promptly moved me far away from the ground floor, at no charge. Hot tub was nice. The only thing I was us satisfied with was the lack ove vegetarian dishes at the hotel diner. I asked for something without the meat, and still got charged full price....not a big incentive to come back.

The hotel was filled with young soccer players but rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. Affordable, with easy access to pool, spa, and bistro area. Helpful staff.

Check-in was easy, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Love the idea of the bistro in the lobby but a little expensive for what you get. Will stay again on our next trip home.

We were well taken care of by a very friendly staff. It took a bit to find off the highway but worth it.

We were in town for a special occasion. We have plenty of family in town but decided to stay at the hotel to avoid a long delay in departing the following day. The staff was very pleasant and quick at both checking you in & out. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would consider staying again and highly recommend.

This motel has the best handicapped bathroom facilities I've encountered in memory. Evidently they consulted a handicapped person before constructing - only a couple of changes could have been made. The room was clean albeit, the heater malfunctioned during the night. However, as I was there 2 days, it was promptly repaired the next day. Cafe was nice tho a bit pricey, but again convenient. All in all, a good stay.

I had a very good experience during my stay. The room was clean, the hotel clerk was very professional and pleasant and checking in was made easy. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a nice, clean place to spend the night. The only thing that did not work out was the whirlpool. The motor burn out that night and that was unfortunate but will not deter me from staying there in the future.

There were five of us on our way to Sequoia National Park. A family trip. Bakersfield was a nice midway stop on our way, only 2 more hours in the morning to complete our journey. We arrived late (11:00PM) and was nicely greeted with our room waiting. The room and hotel seemed brand new, easy to find just off the freeway. The room was very big with two queen size beds. We had requested an extra roll away bed be added to the room for our fifth person, but the staff said it would not fit. The room seemed to have plenty of space for a roll away bed to me? However, the two queen beds were sufficient. Somehow they seemed bigger than normal queen size beds. We got our wakeup call on time and had a very good breakfast with cerial, waffles, yogurts, fruit, juice and hot tea. The room was regularly $89 on orbits we upgrade to include breakfast for $10 more, total $99 for the night w/breakfast for 2 adults and all the kids under 13 ate free. Got to Sequoia at 9:30 in time to buy Crystal cave tickets and have a full day in the park.
