The Good: our one room suite was very big, kitchen was fully stocked, full size washer and dryer were much appreciated, whole condo was clean and everything worked properly, bathroom was large and well lit, game room was nice, gym was functional, jacuzzi was huge, the fresh cookies were a hit with my kids as were the s'mores, and the customer service was excellent. The grocery store is close enough to walk to and we saved a lot of money by making our own meals. The Bad: the doors are big and heavy and we heard a lot of slamming doors in the hallway. The noise insulation between the room and hallway is not good - in addition to the doors, we heard many conversations loud and clear as people walked down the hallway. The bed was not very comfortable. It had craters on the sides and a hump in the middle, which tells me it's time to be replaced. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was great, but the hotel itself is awful. Tried to change our reservation with more than 72 hours notice and was told that was not allowed, even though the cancellation policy states 72 hours. The customer service line would not escalate my request and told me I was "out of luck". The guest services at the hotel stated they would assist me, and then never did. Additionally after we checked out, I left my keypad over to my Ipad and it was stolen by the staff. DO NOT STAY HERE if you value honesty and good business practices.

Stayed in room 106. Loved that I only had to climb a flight of stairs to get to/from lobby. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed, and then some. The kitchen was perfect. Even cooked dinner one night for 6 of us and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The gondola being right next to the hotel is beyond convenient. The ski valet puts your skis out each morning. You simply walk out, grab your skis, and walk maybe 30 feet to the gondola. And at the end of the day, you can ski right down to the hotel. The downside (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5): 1. No restaurant, bar or anything on site where you can buy drinks or snacks. Sure wish they had this. It'd be wonderful to hang out with friends after a day of skiing and enjoy a glass of wine and appetizer. 2. No shuttle. Not sure why they can't provide a shuttle to/from town. The Waldorf across the street does. It would be a nice amenity. Despite those two downsides, I will def consider staying here again.

We stayed in a Presidential Suite for our visit to Beaver Creek/Vail. The condo is huge and very modern. I loved cozy but modern decor throughout the condo. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and offered us very good restaurant recommendations. It was very nice to have the ski valet pick up our skis as soon as we pulled into the driveway and have our car ready with the skis inside in the morning when we were ready to head out. The hotel had a very "familiar" feel and staff seemed to know most of the guests. I also enjoyed walking into hot chocolate, apple cider and s'mores after a long day of skiing. Our only gripe was that we were told at check-in that breakfast was included and then told again at breakfast. When we checked out, we were charged for it and were treated like if it was our fault or not knowing. They did comp one of the days but were not very nice about it. The breakfast was not very good and I would have gone to the cafe across the street if I had known it was not included. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

Accommodation around Beaver Creek can be a bit hit and miss. Lots of places promise a lot, charge even more but don't always deliver. Well, the Wyndham Resort is ticks just about every box. The facilities are clean, modern and well equipped. The location is fantastic - the Avon skier bus stops just outside the property with very regular access to Beaver Creek village or just as good, a 200 yard walk to the gondola which takes you straight to Beaver Creek Landing and a chairlift right into Bachelors Gulch. A huge plus about this place though are the staff. Everybody that we came across, irrespective of their place in the operation, were fantastic. Lovely people who couldn't do enough to help. It's tricky to do, but they somehow find that sweet spot between being attentive and helpful without being 'in your face' whilst remaining very professional yet friendly. You can do an awful lot worse both in Beaver Creek resort or Avon.

Very noisy. Many large groups. Spoke with two managers. Neither handled it. It is a nice location and rooms are nice. They don't enforce rules and there are screaming kids crashing through the halls late into night. Would not recommend this place.

Beautiful location and property near the river and walking distance of restaurants. Beaver Creek was a great place to visit as well. The unit was well decorated, modern, comfortable and very spacious as well - would definitely go back again!

We stayed 4 days at the wyndun. It was a nice condo set up. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. My only complaint was that the pool was small, but the pictures showed this so not a complaint. All and al it was very good hotel in an upscale area.

Stayed there for 2 nights with three kids and had a great experience. Everyone working there was super friendly / helpful and welcoming. Room was spacious (stayed in a presidential suite 1 bedroom) and very clean. Advice on dinner / breakfast locations was spot on and we loved our stay there. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. We met up with friends staying at the Park Hyatt the same weekend and had drinks at the Park Hyatt, the staff there was not nearly as friendly and the rooms were absolutely TINY. SO happy we chose to stay at the Wydham instead, we'll definitely be back!

Wife and I traveled with our Kids aged 7 10 and 13. 2 night stay. Rooms are wonderful - -Very nice Fireplace and Balcony. Free wi-fi. Valet parking is required- - Your vehicle is in the underground Garage. Easy to get it though- just ask at front desk and its there within minutes. They were offering S'mores on the nights we stayed and the kids really loved that. It reminded us of a summer night at home. The Valet staff was awesome and everyone was so friendly too.
