This property is incredible! We very much enjoyed our stay! My kids had a blast in the pool (hot tub) and we really enjoyed the fireside s'mores! The room was beautiful and the property was very clean. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us excellent meal suggestions as well as fun stuff for the kids. Check out Bob's Place-we went there everyday for breakfast.
This is the best resort in all of Avon! the property, staff, rooms, service, value, and amenities are all the best. If you can find a better place, stay there...but you won't. So book it now, before it's gone or the price goes up.
The property was beautiful. The rooms were amazingly clean and comfortable. We loved the hot tub with the waterfall. Didn't love the restaurant, just because it was kind of continental breakfast that you had to pay a lot for. The staff was amazingly friendly. Kind of wish you could self park but the valet was super fast and not that expensive ($20 a day)

The room was spectacular, plush, fireplace, patio! Staff was over the top with all the information & resolutions from concierge! Breakfast needed better chef but it was ok!
