Needs a lot of repairs. Mold in shower areas, toilet seat broken , clock missing , remote doesn’t turn TV off. Was a nice place but going downhill fast!

This property was easy to access. That's pretty much the only positive thing to say about it. Our room was in rough shape. The window covers were shredded. Homeless person sitting outside of our window with his dog. We attempted to have breakfast at 7:30AM and there was no eggs or sausages left or coffee for that matter. I mentioned that to the desk clerk who gave the same face when I mentioned the homeless guy that was outside of our window, that he simply could not care less. I travel often in this area, but I won't be returning to the Red Lion.

Close to highway with a Taco Bell, Starbucks, and plenty of places to eat near by. The included breakfast was decent for the price of the room. Older property with some maintenance issues but overall I was very happy with the staff friendliness and amenities for an economy motel.

Hardwood floors were cold. Heating was inconsistent

Great stay

It was very terrible, staff was very rude and non-professional. I stayed there on the way to skii with my 10 year old. Check-in around 11pm looked smooth, I showed my driver license, signed my name, etc. The lady at the front desk then was friendly. At about 12:30am when we already slept, another hotel staff knocked at the door very loudly to ask us to come out. They checked us in wrong, mistook us as another family?! My kid was waken and terrified, and not sure who they were. I gave them my reservation number over the phone, asked them to wait until morning. At 6:30am, the front desk called to wake us up, threating to ask polices to arrest us if we were not coming to the front desk then. I went to the front desk to show my Oritz reservation. The hotel manager said no reservation was received from Orbitz, and they cannot even find the Orbitz customer service number. At that moment, they threaten me again to call the police if I did not paid (again) with my credit-card. Finally, the manager connected Orbitz. I also talked to Orbitz over the phone, it was finally settled. The hotel did not treat clients with respects, but with rude and non-professional.

Carpet had a large spill that was tracked around. Needs shampooing bad!!

Comfortable bed

Our bathroom door was trashed, it looked like someone put their foot through it. The screens on all the windows at the hotel are worn and torn. We did not feel safe there. Someone kept trying to get into the door of our room. It was noisy.

Annette went out of her way to obtain me an adjoining room for my Granddaughters with my last minute request!! A big thank you to her.

everything was great at this hotel, bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was great

Loud drunk guests kept everyone awake. Situated right by Lobby so front desk must have heard the noise but did nothing. I couldn’t sleep until they passed out about 2:00 am

The room was clean. The stuff was helpful. The place was quite, I had no issues with my room.
