The property was very nice
It’s just the perfect resort for the coast. We love having a kitchen in our suite and a deck/balcony with the view of the ocean.

The property at first glance looks nice, however, once settled in we learned the A/C didn’t work, the screen door was not attached to be tracks, the dishwasher wouldn’t drain, and the bathroom needs updating. At night the parking lots came alive both nights with with loud, drunk guests from 11pm - 3am. Very disappointing for $700/night (2 bedroom villa). The beach is beautiful, though.
We arrived later in the night to an outdated room nothing like the pictures. They asked to call back the next day to request a transfer with which our short stay required us to call, wait and then move wasting precious getaway time. The room we had originally was mostly a partial ocean view near fountains which drowned out the sound of the waves. While the bathrooms and kitchen were updated the furniture was stained and dirty (we couldn't even sit on them) the fireplace didn't work and there was stained carpeting, their response was that they were upgrading it. The room we were transferred to had had hardwood but the furniture was outdated and the beds were dirty, however if we were put in that room originally with the full ocean view we assumed we were getting we wouldn't have complained as much. Overall it's false advertising and not worth what was paid. For such a short trip we sure spent a lot of the time getting less than what we were expecting. Great location but not what we had hoped.
There was no air conditioning in our unit! And it was over 80 when we arrived. The WiFi was terrible and we were in the main part of the property. Lots of trouble getting on and once on couldn’t get websites to load. Useless! We paid a lot (almost $600) for one night so it should have been first class. Will never return.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback for our hotel. It is very helpful for us so we can work on the mistakes that occurred. I am very sorry to hear about the all the room issues. I have passed on this information to our Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping to make sure that all the issues are addressed. I will say that we are in the process on upgrading our property to bring it back up to current standards. This last winter we renovated around 70 of our units and are planning on doing another 100 this upcoming season. Hello Lisa, I would like to apologize for the difficulties experienced during your stay. The state was experiencing a heat wave and I am so sorry that your stay was impacted in this way. Our rooms along with most of the homes in the area are not air conditioned. temperatures normally top off in the mid to high seventies and rarely go above 85 degrees. The maintenance issues have been reported to maintenance and housekeeping and I have shared your report with the security supervisor.
