The room was clean and mostly service was really good. The massuese was great and my wife really enjoyed that experience. There were a few things we were unhappy with. The night we arrived we did not have a bath plug, we called and requested one and it never came. The next morning we had to go request again from the front desk. The towel rack need the toilet came off the wall on the left side, was able to slide it back on but it was not secure. In the bathtub to take a shower the shower diverter broke when pull up, again was able to reattach this with some work. But you can kind of see that this place sort of felt like it was falling apart. We also scheduled a bonfire on our second night and the service was pretty great until it came time for them to clean up the beach. We're suppose to have been given 2 hours but it felt as if we kind of got rushed off the beach. Maybe it was time but if we could have gotten at least a 5 minute warning that would have been great. We felt like we needee to grab all of our things really quickly and that kind of ruined the end of our experience on the beach. With that being said, this is one of the better places we stay at and we will stay here again. We love seascape. I just hope this little bit of feedback only adds to and helps improve the experience for us and other guests.

I’ve stayed at seascape years ago and loved the property. This time, I spent one night while moving in my daughter to her college apartment. We were exhausted and so looking forward to using the hot tub Aghhh! The hot tub dip-dyed my swimsuit! In 30 seconds, my navy blue suit was bleached to whiteish gray!! UNSAFE! the front desk said it had been serviced, obviously not correctly. Disappointing

The amenities on property were not at par with the charges they are charging customer per night. They should focus more on cleanliness and service. Like no hand soap was their. Shampoo bottle was empty. Elevators were not working 80% of the time.

First off I booked a partial ocean view room in which unpaid extra for. My view was a dirt lot. My wife and I were woken up at 7am by loud drilling, construction trucks, large truck reverse back up beeping, hammering which went in for several hours. I reached out and they told me it was out of their control. We then get out of bed to find ants all over the counter in the room. Overall the property was pretty and the facilities were nice. Just dissapointed I paid almost $700 a night to look at a dirt lot with absolutely no ocean view whatsoever. Be aware that if you book partial ocean view, it means no ocean view at this place.
