This property advertises itself as a family-friendly, "lux" resort. It is nothing more than a remodeled motel that sits next to a lake. On my second night, I was stalked outside in the parking lot and too scared to get out of my car and walk to my room. A suspicious man was walking around peering into cars and taking photos of cars, and waited for me to get out of my car. There is no safety measures at the resort. It is accessible by the public, meaning even the doors to our rooms are open access to any random person. I was so scared I didn't even sleep in the hotel. I went elsewhere. Tried to contact the hotel, but haven't heard back yet.

The waters in room were refilled with a foreign substance super dangerous

We loved our stay here! Best to get a room with a lake view. Room was very clean! Don’t forgwt to book a pontoon boat ride to enjoy the lake and try the Almalfi for drinks or dinner where they have live music. There is also a golf course nearby which is a plus. Overall great relaxing stay!

This was supposed to be a luxurious treat, but it was very basic. We could have gotten more bang for our buck elsewhere. Two people in a room need 2 chairs for non-sleeping hours, preferably standard height chairs. Not everyone is tall. Also, there are steps up and down everywhere without hand rails.

I stayed with my wife and my 5 year old daughter. We had a great time there and awesome, friendly staff.

Staff friendly and helpful. We had a problem and the staff was prompt in compensating. Excellent location for my purpose.

Everything is on site. Parking is great!

Wonderful view of the lake, however the rooms are not up to standard. Dirty in my opinion. I was not comfortable walking on the floors without my flip-flops on. Dirt on the walls. Dust in the beds, bathroom, showers. Seems like there isnt really much cleaning done in the room, other than the basic bed sheets and wipe down of the counter. I wouldn't be surprised if the bed sheets aren't washed either. Overall, to me it isn't worth the money for a view. I believe the cleanliness of the room is more important than the view or location of the hotel. Wouldn't stay here again. At least not for $400 a night.

Visiting family in the area (walking distance to LakeHouse). Easy, clean, comfortable. Happy to stay again.

Beautiful location. Good place to relax and getaway.

It was a very relaxing place a lot of activities and very clean staff was very friendly

For the price I expected to get a room on the pool side or at least on the 2nd floor. We ended up on the ground floor with a door that opened out and right on the parking lot. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud and room got stuffy as there was no window to open. Would not come back - over priced. I stayed here last year for less money and had a lovely room - we were excited to visit again. Will not recommend to friends and family.

Twas great! We will be back! We all enjoyed the pool!

The pool was cold , but told me is was heated when I called. Plus no one was following the rules on Covid-19 which they published in writing so it wasn’t unforced by there staff.
