Stay was great it was close to a lot of stores, only thing is wish the floors in the lobby and hallway's would have been swept mopped and vacuumed… we stayed for 2 nights 3 days and while there not once was it cleaned. Other than that room was decent.

My husband and I stay 1 night. We visit Family in San Marcos & felt the price was perfectly fair. The services was great room was clean. Only problem we had was that we were out in the 3rd floor and the Elevator was broken. When we checked in the receptionist said the called us to notify us but we weren’t notified.

Pro: Nice/clean room and staff very friendly Con:The elevator was not working so I had to make 3 trips up and down the stairs with luggage. There was dog poop and food scatterer in the hallway. I'm sure its difficult for the cleaning crew since the elevators don't work so I don't blame them.

Great value but.....

The elevator was not working but they did call to tell us. Come to find out it's been broken for 2 + months. Faucet in bathroom was broken, shower head needs tightening. The hallways were hot and musty smelling.

Troublesome

Elevator was out of order all 11 days of stat. They gave us a room which was labled non- smoking but smelled terrible of smoke. Request to get a better room fell on deft ears!
