Location of the property is very close to the park.

Good location. Swimming pool was very good. My grandchildren were delighted.

I was pleasantly surprised at how close the lodge was to Yosemite. I like that it had a restaurant onsite and the food was good. I did not like that WiFi was down. I was not able to check on my family back home.

It was perfect. Of course wifi would be great. We didn't go to the restaurant. We wtayed in the jumior suite, with the kitchenette. Very clean, good size fridge. There is poison oak on the riber walk

Rooms are basic with no iron and no microwave. Rooms are clean and spacious and the location is great.

The room was clean and well stocked as always. The staff was very friendly. However, the internet service was a total joke! I paid $8.99 each for two twelve hour blocks supposedly up to 1mbps. However, I spent three hours trying to do a simple 3 minute transaction. Because of the incredibly poor lag, my accounts kept making me verify the account with my cell phone which didn't work in that remote area so I was extremely frustrated. With a hotel of this caliber, they should do better than that. I realize it is a third party service, but there are better options out there! The manager was nice and gave me the number to cancel which I did and am getting a refund. The other MAJOR problem is the morning we were checking out, the power went off at 7:30am! I was not told of this and my wife couldn't finish getting ready. No lights, no hair dryer. Plus we didn't get to use the spa tub because of no power for the jets. I told the manager and she showed me a flyer they had taped to the counter. I told her when we checked in, the service person did not mention anything about a planned power outage and I saw nothing at that time warning me of the planned power outage. She apologized and said the desk person should have told us and she would give us a credit when the computers were back up. I have stayed there many times over the years but this was the worst! I finally got a credit from the hotel but it was only $20. Will stay probably stay again though as overall it is nice.

Awesome property in a great place! Great and friendly staff. Helped with everything we needed. Has a store inside, has dining options. Clean and safe. We loved it

The folks at the desk, gift shop, and restaurants were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location and very nice property. Easy drive into Yosemite from the hotel. There is a bar/restaurant as well

We had a good experience. The staff went out of their way. On our first morning, my car stalled out, and they immediately came without my asking them to and offered to jumpstart it. Luckily, my car was okay. The room was clean, no major repairs needed. The bed was a bit on the soft side, and I would have enjoyed a microwave, but all else was good. The only negative was the loud, continuous whining sound coming from people who thought that the middle of a mountain range should have fully accessible and free wifi.

Weather was cold because it’s winter and treatment from this staff was also cold. Front desk staff looks extremely bothered when we came in to check in. Not welcoming, not kind, rude.. as though I’m waltzing in their house and asking to stay at their house.

The room could be cleaner. The heater fan would never shut off.

Really bad food and old hotel. They charge me twice while I paid through Orbitz. Bad experience.

Very cozy and romantic!!! No free internet in such a remote place, might be disadvantage, but not if you really are looking to disconnect from the rest of the world, that the feeling i got. Try to get there in day hours. Perfect common areas to do BBQ. Room basic but comfortable. The place is very well mantained. Loved it!
