This property nickels and dimes its guests. They charge $10 per day for wifi access. Get with the 21st century. Most hotels the world over provide free wifi.

The location of the property is excellent! Very close to the park gate, but the room is old and dated. The bed is not comfortable and the sheets have holes. The bedding is only sheet cover, nothing else. The bed cover feels not clean at all. With the price we paid, I'm expecting better. The WiFi is $10 per day with only two devices can be connected. In addition, the hotel charged us $3.xx fees daily even we have paid in full with our party website.

Convenient to the West entrance of Yosemite. Needs updated. The room did not initially have an air conditioner control so even though it was 90 degrees outside we could not turn it on.. They bought one that turned it on, but not off as the temperature controller did.not work. When bought to their attention they said they could not do anything about it. Asked for a manager to call and that never happened. We had to turn the AC on and off all night every 30 minutes.

Easy checkin in to the lodge, customer service was ok(employees didn’t seem to go out of their way), room were clean and good size(enough towels and blankets), a/c worked nicely, we only eat breakfast one day at the restaurant and it seemed everything was microwaved or premade(didn’t seem fresh).

This lodge is a motel/hotel. We stayed right across from the pizza place (very greasy, but the fresh salads were awesome!), lobby/convenience store. Prices aren't that bad at the store. Milk, shirts, snacks, ramen, frozen food/desserts available. We booked a riverside room, which we found out means it's actually right next to the river on the first floor. We sat out every morning and had coffee overlooking the river. However, every single time we opened the door for any reason, the bugs would come crawling in over the door, not on the ground. We asked for bug spray and it was delivered immediately, dropped at the door by a masked (COVID) housekeeper. Bug spray didn't smell bad at all and kept the bugs away for the remainder of our stay. A/C didn't work well. Our socks were black from carpet dirt. Our room had an electric stovetop that didn't work well at all - even on high for an hour the water never boiled for our spaghetti we brought from home. So that was a problem. Our kitchen also had a mini-fridge, little sink, pots/pans (no lids at all), coffee cups, a little bit of silverware, dish drainer, strainer for pasta, dish soap, and dirty sponge, two coffees (for a four day stay for two adults) in their own filters (not K-Cup pods!), two sugar packets. The bathroom was from the '70's. Mauve pink tile everywhere. Didn't use large jetted tub, two showerheads. Being right outside the West entrance was worth everything to us - we would book here again in a second!

very nice with room facing water...food a little hard to find with closings because of virus but can get pizza and store right down rode...great time for park with virus going on was able to see everything with no problem.

We felt that it was false advertisement, the place is a Motel, there was no internet and they told us that Orbitz was the one with the non-clear information about it (it said wifi "available"). Then, they told us to call them from the room if we needed something... there was no phone in the room. Then we wanted to watch tv... there was no remote control for the tv and when someone came to the room with the remote control, it didn't work. Well, I guess we are never going back there.

The room itself was great: big, clean, kitchenette, and fireplace. The amenities weren't great. The WiFi is $10 for 24 and only covers 2 devices. Cell service is minimal if at all in your room. During the winter, only the main pool/hot tub is open and during our stay, the hot tub was cold. Overall, would stay again becuase the room was good (had a view of the Merced River) and the close proximity to the park.

Location is lovely. Room was musty, and beds were saggy. There is no wi-fi included. Grateful for a place to stay, and some thinga were less than optimal.

Great location and rooms are huge! Loved having a balcony on the river. Food was ok and not many options but there are kitchens so you can bring things to cook instead.

The beds were old and too soft, the pillows were old and hard, and the interior was very dated. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and the cover shook loose at one point and dropped. There was wallpaper stapled over a wall patch in the bathroom and the fixtures were corroding or rusty. Also, the info packet said there were towels available for pool use at the pool and we went and found it empty.

Very convenient as the closest lodge to the National Park entrance. The market and store at the main registration building is huge and great to shop and stock up for all your food, beverage, and souvenirs and gear needs!

Great rooms, we had the loft w/ the spiral staircase. Kids loved that. Clean, warm. Small kitchenette w/ microwave and electric range was nice to eat in. Wish there was a bigger table with 2 more chairs to eat at.

The internet is not working, and the electricity is not working. It was a lot of hotels to fix as a whole.

Hot tubes were great after the hikes! Location was super close to the park! Room had a frig, microwave, and stove. We bought groceries in Fresno and were able to save a lot on eating costs. Two places to eat at hotel. The pizza place was tasty and as expected. The restaurant was way over priced. Eating at the base-camp in Yosemite is way more affordable. The lobby also had a small shopping area with a decent selection of food items. Prices were a little higher but reasonable for the convenience.
