This was the most amazing stay I have had. There is nothing I could say negative about this property. I am looking forward to the nevt time I can stay there.

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. All the amenities were great!

Fitness center is lacking in weights and equipment. There is a swimming pool on site, but at the RV Park, a long walk from the casino through the parking lots. You have to walk through the casino to get to the elevators to get to the hotel section, and this can be very smoky by the afternoon and evening.

great overall

Very Nice

Good

check in was a little slow but thats covid for you. I was in rm 623 a large room nice quiet everything I needed. plenty of parking I felt safe leaving my truck in the parking lot. food i did not eat there so can't comment, would i stay there again yes.

Great Espresso Bar that had great coffee and several nice breakfast items and staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms are large and in very good condition. Check in was very long with lots of forms to fill out and there seem to be a real focus and everything you couldn't do. Not a friendly environment. After all of this the front desk person said the room wasn't ready. It was two hours after check-in so that is always frustrating after a long travel to get to the hotel. During my stay, none of the cafes were open - just Thursday through Sunday. I stayed there because I was attending a convention at the other casino and it was sold out. The other casino was much better with lots of amenities and places to eat. I was also not happy as they seemed to know they were getting the overflow and charge more per night ($150) than the other casino/hotel. I am also trying to wrap my head around the fact that besides the $150 a night there was a tribal tax added. I understand these are independent nations but to just tax those staying at the hotel is really just upping the fee as is done when other hotels added the "resort fee".

Great Mountain View’s.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The tub was very large, and comfortable enough for 2 to have an enjoyable time. The restaurant had a very good breakfast. We’d prefer the bathroom light a bit brighter (maybe dimmer switch for tub ambience) and the shower head a bit higher (I’m only 5’11” and hard to get under). I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

Loved the rooms even upgraded to a balcony room and a suite on our last day only thing was parking is far away from rooms

Rooms were full price even though nothing was available. No restaurants open. Guy at front desk was rude. No bell service. No room service. Blonde Lady at the front door Was great.
