We love these river yurts. They are pricey but we go back at least once a year. The drawback of this trip is that we were in yurt 29 and we were very close to our neighbors in yurt 31 unfortunately. Our table and fire pit were within just feet of each other. Wish there was a little bit more isolation, especially during covid. We were especially sad to see the store was closed. You would think we would be notified of that to prepare before arrival since it is 30 min to a store one way.
Great place, needs updated. Great location if your visiting Yosemite.
Great location!!! perfect little places to stay! just what you need! when you are there to camp hike and explore- all you need is a place to rest your head !!!!
We were so excited to stay in a yurt for the first time, and it did not disappoint! We stayed in one of their meadowland yurts. I wish we would have had the river behind us instead of the open area, but still wouldn't complain. The entire establishment as a whole looks in need of some pretty desperate TLC. They are in the process of making some updates; however I'm not sure what stage they're in. There is a LOT of maintenance needed. It's not even fair to say they have free mini golf when it's in such poor condition; and there's not one pool table that works properly; or cue with a tip if you're trying to take advantage of those things since there's no wifi available. It is a great location; and if you're used to camping nothing will bother you about this campground; but you'll dream of what it COULD be!
Was a great experience and we will back next year. VERY comfortable cabins
