When we arrived, I was already aware of the astronomical cost for parking but it's downtown, the valet attendant was rude and completely unprofessional he nor the bell hop unloaded our bags nor did anyone bother to offer help for my wife and daughter as they struggled to get their bags onto the side walk and into the building, I tried to hurry dealing with the valet so that I could help and finally after being treated so poorly I was able to get their luggage and them inside the building. Check in was great, I wish I had gotten her name because she was a complete professional. I thought well it isn't all bad, she had truly changed my mind set. Once up to our room, the accommodationscreen were good, the spacious room and awesome bathroom more than compensated for the terrible parking and construction we experienced when we first arrived. We unpacked quickly, but before we headed out, we requested additional pillows, these were brought quickly. The next morning I wake up to my card being over charged by $100, when I called to the front desk to ssk I was rudely informed I should check the fine print next time and was basically hung up on. I understand deposits are a must but there is no need to speak to someone like I was. Fast forward to the morning of check out. We called down to the front desk to please have our car brought around, we were informed they had no way of doing that and we should come down ourself and ask valet. We will not stay here again.

This hotel was much better than the reviews I read online. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel was in a great location for exploring all that downtown Atlanta has to offer! You can easily walk to all the hot spots with many attractions being a short 5 minute walk. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed everything about this hotel. Only negative is the parking which is around $30 a day.

I chose this hotel for the value, recent ratings and location. I had a conference around the corner so the proximity was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the hotel and the room is tired and worn down. Bath tub had water sitting in it when I got there and the toilet seat was up! Poor paint, low level TV service and very slow WiFi. HVAC did not regulate well and the front door allowed a ton of hallway light in. Needless to say, not a good night's sleep. When I woke up to take a shower, absolutely NO HOT WATER. Not good! The staff was apologetic but it made for a long day sitting through a seminar! Hopefully they overall this place sooner than later.

Room with no fridge or microwave Weird smell on the carpet Even when having issues with valet parking cost not included, I could say is because the location, but unfortunately could not change plans at last minute. We wont stay there again!

Horrible car got a boot due to valet there was a condom in the pull out couch used

The hotel was in a great location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated. Watch out for hidden fees!!!! Charged $32 for parking because apparently that's not included in the price and its $12 if you want wifi.

Room was dated compared to the lobby, deception I feel. Carpet looked like the it was from the early 90's. Walking in the hall towards my room I noticed a lot of dings and stains on the wall, not to mention chipped paint. I got to my room and the sheets had a hard thick brown stain on it, dirty. I had already been complaining and I had two queen sized beds so I just sucked it up and slept on the other. The care line had no idea what the standard room was when I asked to change rooms, she suggested a higher floor, she said maybe it looks different in a higher room, different decor what????? Also there was no full length mirror in the room, so if ur trying to see if your outfit goes together nicely, you'll have to stand on one of the beds. Overall, I would never stay here again. I am a Hilton member, a diamond at that. This had to one of the worst doubletrees hotels I had ever stayed at. Oh yeah... They forgot the cookie.

The hotel was in a GREAT location. walking distance from just about everything, however the manager, Tamika was very nasty. I had called in earlier that morning to see if early check in was available and asked to speak to a manager and the person on the phone assured me there was early check in available and that I would have no problem getting in. When I arrived it was very busy and the staff was very friendly until I asked to speak with a manager to see what the problem was and Tamika exclaimed she was the only manager on duty and I did not speak to her and that I did not speak with her or anyone of her staff.

Enjoyed the comfort of the room and downstairs diner-style restaurant/bar was cool. The only issue I had was the hotel not serving room service for breakfast. With early morning meetings I didn't have time to sit down and order food. Other than that, I enjoyed this convenient, comfortable place to stay!

You couldn't ask for a better loaction. Its located in the heart of Atlanta and metro runs right across the street. The rooms where clean and the staff was extremely friendly.

My wife and I stayed for just one night to catch a show at the Tabernacle. The location, clearly, was perfect and a short walk to the venue. The room was comfortable enough, spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a nice stay and would stay here again.

i will stay there again and again and agian, the location and evrything was just perfect . Valet Parking was on point . Thank you.

All the staffs at the hotel were awesome, very attentive and friendly. Great location almost everything is close by

Awesome hotel. Great room for the price and perfect location!

We stayed at this hotel for the Tumbleweed Tiny House Workshop. The $30 valet only parking could not fit my truck. I ended up paying $64 in parking a block away. This is not a super nice hotel, loud hallways through all hours of the night did not lend itself to a restful night's sleep. Breakfast/Coffee downstairs is extremely overpriced ($6 for a tiny yogurt, $10 for starbucks)

Plumbing has problems, dirty room. No parking at hotel, had to park two blocks away for $32.00.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location that was very walkable to restaurants and attractions.

Okay, excellent staff, but rather poor amenities for the price. Might consider Westin next time.

This hotel completely met our expectations and was a wonderful option nearby for a conference we were attending. I would most definitely stay here again. Also, they had an awesome staff and friendly valet service!
