Danny at the front desk was extremely slow and inattentive upon finally getting into my room. The television was not working I asked for some assistance it took him 25 minutes to arrive in the room. He spent some time pushing buttons and plugging things and ultimately not fixing the problem, when asked if he could call his manager and see what the options were he give me a call the call was cut off and he never called me back so I went down to the front desk and he made me wait another 15 minutes until he explained what he’d explained before about getting a discount on my next day, but he couldn’t define what that would look like And then not being able to definitively tell me what my next room would cost should I take the discount? I asked what my other option was he said take another room so I said let’s do that it was another 25 minutes before I finally got into a room that had a working TV , and all while having to suffer some indignity at this young man insinuating that I was somehow scary which I wasn’t I said nothing not not a single swearword I I just was and it was obvious and that’s that it was an unsatisfactory experience at a place that I stay off and where normally I check in in a matter of minutes and everything’s fine
