My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the highway....traffic noise. Not a game changer.
this is a place to stay if you just need a bed to sleep in. The room is small and outdated. The bathroom had a sink only and a toilet and shower and that's it. The heat worked fine and you could hear the traffic from the freeway but again, if you want just a room at a cheap price, this will do.

The pictures are nothing like the actual hotel. Everything is dated and small. Nothing worked right. The clock was broken, the tv was messed up At check in they didn’t give us any information on what time breakfast was. Pool hours or anything like that. Way overpriced. Paid 113 for a room worth 60 at most. Very disappointed will not come back.

Early in the morning i can hear houeskeeping vacuuming and the front door slamming.... was annoying couldn't really sleep.
Good breakfast, eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit etc. clean, Pet friendly, nice staff.
Pros, convenient location and affordable Cons, not sure location had flood issue, but carpet in room felt damp on bare feet.
Although extremely old looking on the outside, the room was clean. Horrible signage for the hotel and hard to find. Staff were not friendly - our room wasn't cleaned for a multi-night stay, and had to ask 3 times for towels, only to be argued with by the front staff before they would give them to me. No elevator - hard to get luggage & everything up the stairs.
There were very loud guest on our floor that had booked several room. The coffee pot was very dirty. Otherwise clean room very small bathroom. I would stay again.
Dishonest and unethical. Watch your credit card! There were four unauthorized pending charges on my card from this establishment. Eight days later and I'm still waiting for three of the charges to disappear. Amazing how I can already see the credit for the smallest amount, but the three large amounts still appear.
To begin with, the lobby smells like cigarette smoke, even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. I got a room and the key wouldn’t work. So the front desk guy went to the room and tried to make it work, and it didn’t. Then the manager went to try it (I don’t think he believed either of us knew how to operate it). It was broken. They gave me another room, and it was occupied. Success with the third room. Internet was terrible, ended up just hotspotting off my phone, air conditioner was as loud as a jet engine, etc. The place badly needs updating. Over priced for what I got.

Black mold in shower, blood on sheet. Not at all safe - back doors were unlocked, no need for keys to enter. People were shouting in the hallway - we ended up fleeing the hotel at night with our two small children.

DO NOT EXPECT TO GET MUCH SLEEP HERE... since you'll be hearing doors slam left & right as they echo down the hallway. On a Saturday night the only sleep I managed were from the hours of 3am to 7am at best. Housekeeping knocked promptly at 9am as well. Could also hear the sound of traffic from the nearby highway. Usually I like to sleep in and leave right at checkout (Which is the standard 11am). With this place I decided it wasn't worth trying to get more sleep and promptly left before 10am. The desk staff was friendly and room price are the only pluses. Heat, water temperature and shower heads were ok. Had a small size pool that I wasn't able to check out. Like others have said the rooms are small and still appear outdated. Only thing updated appeared to be the LCD TV.
I was up in fond du lac for my daughters parents weekend at Marian university . I found that hotel was centrally located. Everything was right there,there was the mall, other store that I need to do shopping, and plenty of good restaurants. Not far from the lake to take a walk by. To drive back and forth to the school. Great location!
Nice and pleasant personnel. Comfortable bed, but room was very small. Back door security questionable. Variety of items for an adequate breakfast.
