We had issues with the sofa bed, and had to get an extra blanket and mattress. The television remote for one of the TVs did not work, and the TV points became unresponsive and we had to wait up to a minute for it to respond. The bathroom door was not fitting properly and we had to shove it quite hard to close it. The staff was friendly and as responsive as they could be.
The room was very large, although someone was running a daycare in the room upstairs, running around the room for hours in the evening and half the night. The pool area was small and extremely crowded until closing. Was not able to use the pool area. The candy for sale in the lobby was very expensive and tasted old. Nice facility but pretty difficult to find drinking water in the evening and at night.
We stayed here for a soccer tournament. Nice to have the walking option to the soccer fields as the tournament charged for parking each day. The staff was amazing. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are big. The bed is very comfortable. Would stay again.
Was hoping that when desk clerk saw that we weren’t handicapped that she would of suggested another room. We made do, but it was weird

Really nice room — plenty of space for me and my kids on the sofa bed. Nice pool (small but fine) and a nice hot tub. Breakfast was good too. I longed for some eggs and sausage, but that’s ok.

Nice room, great staff. Chair in suite was very comfortable, but the sofa was was very uncomfortable. Bed pillows could have been more supportive. Did not eat there or use amenities.
