Door keys never worked. Frustrated staff as a result. Found food in the corner of the room from the previous guests. Toiletries didn't get replenished.
Really helpful staff, the directed me to good food options
It was decorated for Christmas and so it was very homey. The owner gave me a hug when he saw me as we stay there alot. There have been many good improvements done since our last stay ,which was in October. We will continue to stay there.
