The glass door in the shower didn’t allow me to take any shower longer than 4 minutes without the water to start getting out the actual shower and flooding the room.
Hotel shuttle wait was less than five minutes. Driver very helpful, shuttle clean. Hotel staff very engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. Needed a converter and received one at the front desk Restaurant staff was efficient and friendly. Need a wider variety on the menu
My star rating is relevant to the star rating of the hotel. We used this hotel on the last day of our road trip in Spain. It allowed us to see Alcala De Henares which is a UNESCO World Heritage site on our last day and have a fairly short drive (30-45 minutes) to the Madrid airport the next morning. The hotel is in a quiet location away from the town center so it's not within walking distance if you want to go out and wander the town. The room was very nice and the staff very helpful. We did not use the restaurant.
We are a famIly of five, traveling with a fairly large dog, and we are so thankful to have found this hotel. The location is perfect for visiting the museums and playing in the parks, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and the breakfast offerings are fresh, healthy and delicious. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Madrid.
