The property is very nice and very well located. The staff at the check in is the worst. Rude, unwelcoming, bad attitude in general. Hated the check in and check out. Staff needs to work on their hospitality with clients.
Clean, modern hotel. Actually one of the best hotels we've stayed in Spain for the price and commodity.
The staff at the hotel was very friendly. The bed however was very uncomfortable and the room was small, which I can understand since everything is small in Spain. Everything around the area closes at 10pm at night. A decent location if you are not planning on traveling into Madrid and only staying to see Alcala de Henares itself. I'd probably stay there again only if I wasn't traveling to specifically see Madrid. I definitely would recommend to a friend, but again... only if staying in the region.
