This hotel offers an excellent price for rooms and meals. The service is great as well. They offer free regular shuttle services to airport, to business park, to the station. Ok the area is not very nice it is a fulfilment centres and plants area but for a short stay next to the airport or if you have to work in the business park it is perfect.

This hotel is close to the airport and offers an airport shuttle - that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We enjoyed the restaurant, cafe and breakfast. Juan took extra care of us in the cafe and came to know what we liked from the menu. Our room was clean and modern, this hotel looks to be very new. But our highest praise goes to the early morning reception staff - as we had been travelling for over a month, we had forgotten to put our clocks ahead an hour when we arrived back in Spain and slept in the morning of our flight back to Canada. The staff called us and also held the airport shuttle. We can't thank the staff enough! The hotel is in an industrial looking area, but we walked into the small town of Torrejon de Ardoz and it was an easy walk and the town was quaint. Thanks again!!

Location is in the middle of an industrial estate and you can "see" the airport, but you need travel time Checkin was friendly, but you pay for the entire stay at checking in ... not flexible for a business traveler . Breakfast is ok , but it's spread out all over the dining room in a strange way with no logic at all. Rooms are clean and ok, but NO sound isolation Bathrooms are good ! But cracked a sink and unreliable air conditioning A fridge in the room , but only One bottle of complimentary water for a 4 night stay . Gym is ok , but very small Pool is there ... but very open and next to a lorry/truck park building site ( or seems like) Garage for parking , but €5 But it's ok ....

This hotel, located in the middle of nowhere, so called near to the airport, is located about 20-30 minutes from the airport, depending on the time of the day. However, considering the price, if you don't consider to spend your evening in Madrid, is a good deal. The room is ok, the food they serve at their bar is less than average, but the quality of the restaurants in the area is so deplorable, not serving food for decent people, therefore the only choice is to eat something in the hotel's bar

Yes , the hotel is just NOWHERE - The hotel entry is confusing & late evening the neighborhood looks quite scary But I must say that the staff is very cooperative and nice ; understand English & take pains to make you feel comfortable . The hotel is quite comfortable considering its tariff and smooth shuttle to the hotel . But if you are in Madrid city & want to use this hotel ; just forget it ! Use it / Stay only for a night sleep to catch early morning flights - comfortable and economic !!

Like other people say, this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Though again, it is near the airport and if you want to use it as a base you will need a car. That said it is not a bad airport hotel. The rooms are large (mine had a double and single bed), the shower was good, there were the single bottles of shampoo and conditioner and there was a good quality hairdryer. I did have a fridge, although I didn't test it. There also was a safe in the room. Everything was clean and there was air conditioning. I slept well and it was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was quite good - the fruit was tinned, but that was my own quibble. There was plenty of food of different types and lots of juice and coffee. As people say everyone was very friendly. I wanted a late check out and that was no problem. They do have a pool although I didn't use it, it looked nice and the couch area was good to have a quick chat. WiFi was very good. I would recommend the hotel if you need something near the airport. More realistically it is probably three stars, rather than four, but good hotel once you manage your expectations.

I picked this hotel without looking at it in the map. I just assumed it was near the airport since it was called an airport hotel. It is not. 15 minute from airport but they do have a free shuttle, the main issue is that it is in the middle of nowhere...warehouse district of town. The few restaurants ( except the hotel one) are closed on the weekends...they only serve the warehouse workers. There is no public transportation there on the weekends. And even walking to public transportation is a chore bc you have to cross railroad lines on a bridge ( so if you have luggage..you have to climb three flights of stairs with luggage) . However, it is a nice hotel if you have a car or don't mind paying for a cab. Service was great. Reasonable prices in hotel restaurant.

My wife and I stayed here for a Convention and were delighted with the the level of service we received.Given the hot weather at this time of the year the pool was a welcome facility. However the sun loungers had seen better days as some were torn and unusable There was facility for an evening buffet style meal in the Restaurant with a limited selection of food. The fridge in our room (being in the Aeropuerto part) did not work. We will stay here again as it represented good value.

Hotel is nice enough but in the middle of an industrial estate, Buffett average, only a couple of restaurants in walking distance which are terrible. Had a rent a car which is a must, I would have marked the hotel average but as there was no fridge in the room, I have marked it Terrible, we have a 15 month old son which the hotel knew about in advance as we booked a cot, there is an empty unit in the room where the fridge should be...but no fridge! The restaurant allowed us to store milk in their fridge, but should have fridge in every room. Apparently only ½ of the rooms have fridges, but We paid the same as other guests who had fridges.

Definitely your standard airport hotel-- easy and convenient to get to the airport, but NOTHING-- I mean nothing around the area to eat/see/explore/etc. Air conditioning was great and the rooms were quiet. Make sure you eat before you arrive. There is a cafeteria in the lower floors, but it is standard buffet food. I'd even adventure to say standard American buffet food. It was fine, but if you want a traditional meal before departing, you won't find that here.
