This is a very charming hotel with lovely views of the Cisneriana University. Everyone is very nice, but I really love Estefania. She is very sweet and effective. I always come back to this hotel because I feel at home.
Recommend more variety of breakfast items.
I love the views from my room and the traditional Castilian style of the furniture. Very clean. Staff were nice and pleasant.
