The Clyde is my favorite place to stay but twice I have ordered room service for breakfast and twice I have not received milk with my steel cut oats. The first time, it took almost 30 minutes to get milk and then my oats were cold. This time, the milk never made it. Oats should have milk as a standard and I don't appreciate paying $13 for a bowl of oatmeal and not receiving milk. This should be standard!

Much better room this stay because I complained last time. Was clean, with new furnishings. Had to call to find out where blow dryer was located. Was told it was on top shelf of closet, in back of pillows. Not a great idea to make a 70 year old climb on a chair to retrieve blow dryer.
