My kiddo and I adore the Clyde. It's a tall, shiny building with fancy elevators and an elegant lobby and heated outdoor pools. The staff are friendly and solicitous of kids' whims. They put us in a room on a high floor; treated us to cookies and milk; and were kind and patient and welcoming of my kiddo's exuberant commentary. I've never paid an extraordinary amount either - it's a little pricier than humbler motels but the perks more than make up for it. We will make the Clyde our go-to hotel whenever we visit Albuquerque.

I am so glad that I booked The Clyde for my stay in Albuquerque. It's a beautiful hotel, and was so pleased with everything - from the super clean environment to the very friendly staff to the super clean and comfortable (and quiet!) room to the awesome room service (Thanks Curt!) - I loved my stay here! I will definitely be staying there again when I visit my friends. Highly recommend!

I think this property has lots of potential. I see what they are trying to do, but at this point, it just isn't there. We chose this hotel because we didn't want to stay where our actual conference was being held. We loved the amenities we read about, especially the roof top pool! We had planned our very first day around the pool. Once we arrived and were being told about the property, I asked where the pool was. The man at the front desk told me it was closed for maintenance. I asked when it would reopen, to which he gave me an unknowing look. I said "I am assuming, not during my stay?" to which he nodded and told me I could go to their sister hotel and use their pool...the sister hotel was the hotel my conference was being held, no thanks. My room was clean, but nothing like the pictures. The bathroom was extremely dated, the faucet was hard to turn and the tub did not drain quickly. Honestly, the Best Western I stayed in previously had a bathroom 100 times nicer. After our conference, we headed back to our hotel, so excited to take off our heels and rest. We both tried our keys and neither worked. We were to check out the next day. That morning, I got up early and headed to the fitness center, my favorite part of the entire hotel, it is so nice, they even have Peloton! At 8:15am housekeeping was knocking, I wasn't dressed! I think this hotel could be great but needs to work on a few things. The area around is nice, just Central Avenue is scary!

The staff was WONDERFUL. The property outside and lobby are perfect. However for the price the rooms are DATED. Mini fridge was not in enclosure and made loud humming noise off and on all day and all night. A/C did not work properly...thermostat read 69...when engineer came in the tool he used read 75. Bathrooms were outdated and gloomy looking. The plastic cover over the lights in the bathroom was cracked with visiable glue holding it together. The water sprinkler was not functioning and insides were exposed. The price per night along with a resort fee was not warranted based on the room. The room needs to be updated to modern or updated to elegant to match the lobby. Shame on you CLYDE HOTEL. Lastly a happy drink should not be 16....just leave off the word Happy Hour

Property was understaffed resulting in poor overall services; amenities were lacking; horrible experience overall; will never stay at Hyatt Regency Albuquerque again.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was better than most places, and

Very good but no hot water in sink

I left my phone charger at my parents house so the front desk attendant, Alex went to his truck and gave me his fo borrow for the night. It was so helpful and generous. The only thing I didn’t like was not having a microwave or discount for nurses

Comfortable and clean, good hardworking and attentive staff. Reasonably priced.

They charged me for the breakfast buffet but it was already paid for when I booked the room

I booked a king room and when we arrived they didn’t have any king rooms available, with an explanation that made no sense. Other than this, the staff and hotel is nice.

I loved that the property was in walking distance to old town....1 mile. Luxurious feel to property.

Unprofessional. Got charged twice for my 1 night stay. Claimed orbiz did not sent them payment even though it was booked and paid through them.
