I booked a king room and when we arrived they didn’t have any king rooms available, with an explanation that made no sense. Other than this, the staff and hotel is nice.

I loved that the property was in walking distance to old town....1 mile. Luxurious feel to property.

Room available early morning. Toilet making noise someone came tried to fix to no avail. Changed rooms. Found out coffee maker didn’t work. Shower has low pressure. What do you expect from 4 star hotel.

Dirty room. Night manager not helpful. Concierges not knowledgeable, not creative, unable to resolve issues.

The rooms were fine. The carpet and furniture were in need of deep cleaning. The beds were wonderful.

Self parking is off-site, with valet being the most sensible (costly) option the way the hotel was built. Sheets had to be changed, on one bed. (Obviously dirty and used, with stains). Sheets are a shiny uncomfortable polyester blend. Restaurant is fantastic. Overall, not the expected Hyatt experience.

We had a wonderful stay starting with the top floor room with a wonderful view. We were celebrating my girlfriends birthday and the hotel surprised her with a large slice of cheesecake delivered to the room on the first evening. The pool was heated and that was also very enjoyable when its 40 degrees. Overall very happy with this hotel. That's Hyatt.

This is a nice centrally located hotel in downtown Albuquerque. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, offering decent views of the city and mountains. Beds are super comfortable with super soft pillows, the best I have ever had in a hotel. In-room amenities were excellent, with a Keurig and available K-Cups. There also was complimentary bottled water in the bathroom, so no need to drink city water. The TV was nice and large, with all the channels you would need or want. Housekeeping was superb. The hotel restaurant was reasonably priced, not something you usually see. The store was well stocked and had a nice variety of merchandise. The meeting space was spacious and comfortable. While downtown Albuquerque has some sketchiness, it’s not hard to walk places, even after dark. Finding places open late is tough, but there are some great places within a brief walk. My only complaint is slow elevators. It would be an easy fix to put a more modern elevator management system in place. It’s a small knock otherwise.

Nice location, spacious room. Furniture looks a little bit old but still okay.

I had issues with my door lock, the staff took care of it immediately.

The first room smelled like a rodent had died in it. Staff was very nice and provided us a new room within a few minutes

It was conveniently located for the conference I attended. However, the WiFi was spotty at times and there was no shuttle from the airport, which would have been great. Otherwise, it was it was a great facility!

It was a lovely room, but there wasn’t a safe and it seemed to be missing a chair. Some coffee supplies were missing as well. The staff at the entrance ignored guests, leaving people to load and unload their own cars, while the staff chatted among themselves. In general, the staff seemed either poorly trained or disinterested.

I had a very elegant experience. If felt like being on top of the world.

Service was excellent, I loved how you could sleep in without sun coming through windows.

The hotel is located in Downtown, the area around it is nice, there is a convention center nearby, but about two blocks from it becomes sketchy. The hotel itself is very pleasing, it has great, very polite staff. The breakfast is not included, but there is an option to prepay the breakfast at the hotel's main restaurant called Forque, the price is reasonable, and it is a really high class breakfast with items that can be ordered from the menu or one can opt for a salad bar. Great, extremely fresh and tasty food, very pleasant and helpful waiters. No wonder, because during lunch time and in the evening it is a good and expensive restaurant. I also liked a juice bar located on the hotel's premises, but it is a separate business, and one has to pay separately for it. Somehow, I missed that the underground parking in this hotel is not free and it is actually not a small amount per day, but not an enormous one either. Fortunately, we just stayed there for 2 days, so it was OK. It was the only unpleasant surprise that I had there, otherwise our stay and the whole experience were quite pleasurable.
