FOUR months later I receive an email asking me to rate my stay. How could I? I can’t even get out of my country! We are in a pandemic! I then CALL only to ...

Pros: Funky, hip lobby. Great lighting in rooms. Updated. Next to airport. That is where it ends. Cons: I travel internationally often and this must be the MOST disappointing experience I have ever had at the conclusion of a lovely trip to Scotland, Where do I begin? You walk in and I knew from the ...

The check in was wonderful (front desk). The rooms were nice. However, we had a shower that sprayed into the floor and needed extra towels. I asked the maid on the hall for help. She was outright angry that she was asked. I do not have her name, but she worked at 9PM on 12/30/19 near rooms 146-147. ...
The only partial negative to this hotel/apartment is its location among the adult clubs. Besides this, The Knight Residence was more than we could have hoped for and expected. The amenities are excellent. The staff is welcoming and helpful. They stocked the full size refrigerator with milk and juices, ...

Orbits need to doo something to alert senior people of this issues before we book, or allow to book those rooms that are only one floor ...

The room, facilities, and folks at the front desk were all incredible. The location was fantastic and my son loved the pool. The room was clean, had a lovely view, and I felt like we received a lot for a very reasonable cost. My only negative experience was the service at breakfast in the hotel restaurant. ...
