When we arrived we were told that the bar and restaurant were closed for a refurbishment it would have been nice if we had known this when we booked. I did complain that the room was cold but nothing was done. The sky tv was not working. Been here before and everything was really good but not sure if we would book again.

We have stayed quite a few times in the Dakota when visiting Scotland. Once again the hotel looked very festive, every member of staff was so helpful and friendly, especially the airport shuttle driver Craig. Well done Dakota another 10/10. We upgraded to exec and the champagne each night was a lovely touch. See you all again soon.

The Airport shuttle was a nice touch. Also we had our room upgraded which they didnt need to. I can only say good things about Dekota. Edinburgh and Glasgow are both top tier.
