Check in was good Room had a constant vibration all night. There were no staff at breakfast at 07:45… no cutlery, only sausages available in hot food. Juice had run out, coffee machine not working. We had a quiescent (no liquids) for breakfast after clearing a table. When we left at 08.20 there was no hot food at all and 1 female member of staff turned up nd started working in the bar (not the breakfast area) A shocking experience for £225.

Room very good for one or two nights. Smallish but spotless. Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was haphazard, out of control. Tables left uncleared. Buffet food not topped up. In the end, we didn't bother and went for a McDs instead!!!

This hotel is very convenient for the airport and the tram station where trams run into the heart of Edinburgh roughly every15 minutes. Very good value, clean and staff are helpful and friendly

The staff member on reception was fantastic with my son & brother who has special needs. The rooms are a bit tatty but comfy beds & pillows. I left my electric toothbrush by mistake, called them the next morning but no sign 🙁

The staff were happy and helpful. Parking onsite wasn’t great I was lucky enough to get a spot but I saw others just parking anywhere. The room was clean . The pillows could have been firmer and the bed a little more comfy. Wha was annoying was the light that came on under the bed everytime you moved . Not a lot of choice at breakfast either.

Arrived at 1am and 2 members of staff at desk took about 10 mins to sort a room. Got to the room and there were balloons and a champagne bucket . Went back to reception as didn’t want to take the room if it was meant for someone else. They took 15 mins to sort out another room at the other end of the hotel! Very poor customer care

Moxy does the job that is sets out to do. Clean, tidy with a little fun twist. Fair value parking for an airport hotel. Welcoming staff and a good nights sleep with a 5 min walk to airport.

So we stayed before leaving super early the next morning so we didn't have Breakfast... We looked at the menu for an Evening meal and found it completely uninspiring. So we walked across the road and used the Hilton Double Tree instead. My partner has Coeliac disease, so if you are 'Gluton Free' - enjoy the olives, as there wasn't much else! It seems we weren't the only ones who 'go across the road', and they were quite used to that. So Moxy.... time to lift your game on that one I'd say?! The room was great, the bed was good. But the floors I thought were the noisiest I've ever experienced... Upstairs!. If your upstairs neighbour are up early, or packing late, you'll hear it! Like a herd of Elephants. So I'd request TOP FLOOR if I go back, and I hope to, as the venue was good. The pillows, I also found wouldn't do me for more than a night. I'm a pillow hugger, and these were just not up to it. But the team were nice.
