Room was clean, small - but well enough kitted out for a short stay … I wouldn’t want to stay for more than a couple of nights though !! My room was next to the main door to the lifts - every time someone opened or closed it the whole room shook !! That’s the only reason it is a 4 and not a 5

Great location, very nice staff. We did leave the tag on the door knob one day for our room to be cleaned. When we came back, our room wasn’t touched. We told the front desk about it, they sent someone but all they did was make the bed with the same sheets. Besides this, our stay was still good.

The room was spotless and spacious. Staff were particularly helpful - my daughter got stuck in the lift and Dawn at reception was calm and helped get her out whilst making sure she was fine. All round a fantastic stay.

Welcoming staff, I stayed on 5th floor. Small room but sutable for my needs. I paid extra for a window view which looked onto Haymarket rail station. There was noise from outside until the pubs closed.
