Maintenance issues in the bathroom, the room was very small, lighting. System was very confusing and difficult to deal with. Also, we were told we could get breakfast first thing in the morning before our tour and then we're told in the morning that the entire breakfast room was reserved for another tour

The location was great, very central but backs onto the river ness so no view. The staff were very chatty and friendly. The room was a bit underwhelming for the price we paid and we would have liked a breakfast to order not a hot/tepid buffet

Let's start with the good: Fantastic location and beautiful esthetics and modern rooms. Check-in was quick and easy. Now for the bad, which isnt anything huge but more of an annoyance: We had a long day of driving and touring and just wanted to relax in our room and watch a little tv. TV did not work and staff could not get the channels to come up. All they said was sorry. They offered nothing for compensation at all. We went down to the bar and i asked is there something you can offer and person on duty said they can offer us a free drink. I am more annoyed that i had to ask instead of them just offering something. The other issue was the room temperature. It was soooo warm and we had the temperature turned as low as it would go and the fan as high as it could go. This could've been a much better review.

We got to stay here one night before leaving the highlands to explore the city of Inverness. Hotel is nicely located near many highlights of this small quaint city. It's super clean and well updated. We were able to walk to the train station with our luggage which made departure very simple.

Staying a night for a golf trip

Nice clean hotel . Friendly staff . Was able to check in early. There is a casino across the street with a few unsavory characters hanging out in the front but they didn’t really bother us .
