The room was clean, I found the bed comfortable but my partner felt the mattress was too hard. The room was too hot though, we had the a AC going to offset the heat at the end of November! Pool and gym were great!

Booked a double/king room but was given an accessible room with two singles pushed together. When I asked to change, reception said they were fully booked. I checked online and saw double rooms still available for that night. Only after pointing this out did the receptionist suddenly “find” a room. Very disappointing and dishonest service.

We stayed for three nights to attend a match at Murrayfield. Handy for the tram and bus routes into the city and the stadium. Pleasant and friendly staff, the room as spacious and clean. The pressure in the shower was not brilliant but not a major problem.
