Here’s the deal. I I called them and I asked them if the Jacuzzi was working specifically they told me yes the Jacuzzi is working. It is fine reluctantly they told me so I rented the room then I got here and the Jacuzzi is working. It’s just not hot. It’s barely lukewarm. I feel like I was lied to. I am very unhappy. I specifically asked and they specifically lied to me. I asked them when I was checking in again and they lied to me again then I went and checked the Jacuzzi and it was cold and he said he would heat it up and he never did. It’s still cold. If you like people who lied to you then I would stay here. I will be calling corporate.

Our stay here was great. The room was clean and quiet. The front staff I encountered were super friendly and inviting. I love that the room had a little back patio, only thing missing were a couple chairs to sit outside and enjoy the perfect OC weather in. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stairs to back units dirty, as was rear parking area. Front side was more pleasant. Shower amenities ill-placed on wall. No hooks in in bathroom and no towel rack near bathroom sink. Otherwise room freshly remodeled.

Flew in Friday evening to catch the window only front desk service after 10p (understandable). Front desk was sweet and friendly- appreciated that personality. The facility is clean and remote—it’s on the corner of a freeway exit and closest convenience is the gas station across the street. The room is large and spacious for two. Dated facility but it has its charm in a sunny and close to coastal area. Will stay here again on our next visit Pros -facility is old but has a beach sunny charm - staff is sweet and accommodating - remote but close enough to Dana Point and other sights Cons would probably be: - single waffle machine for breakfast- had one customer prep 2 waffles which is at 2:30m each so they were inconsiderate of others waiting. - no accessible vending machine after hours and the office machine ends at 10p so we are advised to go across the gas station

Hot tub was super small and not very hot. There was a mouse in our room, which freaked us out. Other than that, the condition of the room and motel were fine. About what you'd expect for a Best Western. The free breakfast was decent.
