Was near an overpass of a highway and was not convenient and too loud. Very few amenities, no breakfast or coffee. Very sparse.

Location not ideal but great customer service

Nice hotel. Customer service was GREAT. Not ideal for us moving forward but once they were made aware of our issues (very loud location. Very little to no sleep all weekend) they were willing to move our room to another location. It’s located between two freeways, and sandwiched between an In-N-Out and a Popeyes. So early deliveries at the restaurants were not unnoticed. Comfortable bed, clean room and again the management was very kind and willing to move our room to accommodate the noise and local train that runs alongside the hotel. Minimal parking available on site and if none is available then it’s a “find parking in the street at your own risk” unfortunately. Fortunately, I was able to find parking, however it is limited.

Room 204 clean and quiet, jacuzzi jets weak didn't give good jacuzzi massage, wifi in this room not good both our phone's, fyi no television in separate sitting area, in bed room only

I liked its easy access to Laguna Niguel. Staff was polite, room was exceptionally clean. No uhaul parking on site but but i rate this place a solid 9. Need in room coffee machines. It was a nice stay for the price

Cute, Clean, Comfortable

It was very clean and comfortable. No coffee maker in the room 😞 Like the covered semi underground parking! The train made sleeping a bit hard. The tracks couldn't be any closer! Right off the 5 freeway, very convenient. I booked our stay here for the jetted spa bathtub but. Found out later only the rooms with 1 king bed have them. That wasn't going to work being that we were in town for my son's baseball tournament. Overall I would stay here again!
