There is a restaurant/Bar next door that on the weekends plays very loud music with a DJ. Plus lots of drunk people all around yelling in the parking lot right next to our room. Windows and doors let in all the sound so we couldn't sleep at all. Plus I was so worried about safety because you could just walk onto the property and get to the rooms. I was not relaxed at all so we left the next day. The rooms look nice in pictures but that was it The bathroom was pretty but the shower was cold for like 10min and with no water pressure. We chose this hotel for the beach across the street which was beautiful but this hotel was not safe enough for my family of young kids. They did not give us a hard time when we cut our reservation early. Which we appreciated.

I arrived at 5pm after driving for 6 hours and was informed my room was not ready and that I would need to wait another 20 mins. Upon arrival there was a gentleman in front of me that had no reservation and was given 2 rooms on the spot. A reservation should come before a walkin. My room is my room. It should not be viewed as AVAILABLE to give to someone else. The woman at check in was rude about the situation and downplayed me waiting. Check-in is AT 3!!!! My room should have BEEN ready and waiting for me at 3!! I paid for MY ROOM from 3 to 11 the next day. Yet, it wasn’t ready. She said it was fully booked the prior night so housekeeping was having a hard time cleaning. Bathtub had dark hair in it. ICK!!! Sink had rust and leaked on the counter the whole time literally wetting my cosmetics bag. Furnishings are very cheap, uncomfortable and not welcoming at all. Spa closes way too early! Closing around 11p or 12a would be much more appealing. People spend the day at the beach and it doesn’t even get dark until late. Which left no time to enjoy it. Towels ware awful!!! Mine had RUST stains on it. I would never offer those to my guests. And a set of 4 wasn’t even present! Coffee in room was also very poor quality. Bed was comfy. And view was gorgeous. The woman at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment and training on how reservations work!!

Everything was very nice given the level of the hotel. The view is spectacular. The breakfast is adequate but not hot other than great waffle makers. The staff is very helpful. The hot tub is hot and provides a nice view from the area looking at the ocean. The garage is clean and sufficient. It overlooks PCH but the closed windows muffled the noise.

This hotel was in a decent location, but unfortunately, there’s no access to the beach directly across the street. You have to go over this ridiculously huge bridge in order to get to the beach, which is a very rocky beach so we just drove to Laguna each day. One thing I was very disappointed in was the fact I specifically decided to book this place so I can relax in the hot tub and look at the ocean. The view from the hot tub is good. However, the hot tub did not have any jets flowing whatsoever. So it was pretty much like taking a bath. For the first two days, the hot tub was ideal temperature but towards the end it got lukewarm. For the property managers this is something where a little can go a long way.! just fix the Jets to appease your customers. It’s really not a hard thing to do. And I would imagine it would boost your reviews a ton if the hot tub actually had jets. We also had trouble sleeping some nights because we stayed on the second floor and the floor above us, you could hear everything. Anytime someone moved any furniture or walked fastly you could hear it.

I absolutely loved the patio and the view. My trip was a much needed respite. And breakfast was an unexpected surprise; offering cereals, milk, waffle presses, fresh fruit, and free coffee all day. Staff was awesome! Especially DJ!!! Thank you DJ, I appreciate you! I hope to be back some day.

I really like this hotel, staff is nice, rooms are clean. They do charge for parking though and I wish the breakfast had more choices. Other than that, had a great experience both times. I also love that it is located next to 2 nice restaurants.

This hotel was a perfect spot for my family! The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff was very helpful and kind. Small free breakfast. The hot tub was nice and warm and overlooked the beach. Super close access to the beach & dining options. Our beds were cozy and and the AC was great! We will definitely stay again.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was included, but only from 8am-10am. It’s pretty basic, but sufficient. The rooms are nothing fancy, but were clean and spacious. Our’s had an oceanfront view balcony, which we loved! I would recommend staying here.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Last year I had a single king with a balcony and ocean view. This year was 2 queens and an ocean view. The room was huge, much bigger than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. The couch in the room was old and squeaky, but the beds were great. Loved the view. Beds were comfy. This room was much quieter than my single room. The breakfast wasn't huge, but it was free and it was a huge help because we were running late and needed something quick. Quiet, amazing location and the parking is perfect. We will definitely be back!
