I like the smaller express planes because you get an aisle or window seat and your not stuck in the middle seat.

The attendants an the flight back to ROC were great! One of them went out of their way to find me a GF alternative snack when she originally thought there wasn't one. She came thru after finding some almonds for me. She was very sweet too.

The landing was awful. I wasn't sure we would stop in time. Worse landing ever.

There were problem leaving late from SF airport not due to weather or a late aircraft. Barely made it to a connecting flight again... past two flights arrived late to SF, South Dakota from Chicago and did not make connecting flight on one then the second again was late and only made the connection because the connecting flight was within a a few feet from the originating flight from Sioux Falls...There appears to be major problems getting flights to and from Sioux Falls and Chicago on a continual basis as far as might flight experience has shown on my last three flights...Your employees are great but if you would investigate the flight delays it would be greatly appreciated. This last flight was also over booked and thought they resolved issues and others volunteered to accept a later flight (which I believe turned out not to be necessary) this puts undue pressure on your customers who are in a situation where they are traveling to see aged parents in a nursing home with limited timeframes. I hope this comment aides you to resolve this type of issues that are very apparent to me as I do prefer your airline even if flying has become horrible with the cattle car environment we must endure to fly the friendly skys these days.

Landing was a little “bumpy” but other than that, everything was fine.

I always love flying United and choose them over other airlines for their safety ratings, comfortable flights, great timing and great customer service. Everything about United is always perfect even if delayed by mechanical they have always had great customer service and did everything to help the customers. United is awesome!!! The other airline I would choose on occasion is Alaska and always is perfect too but I choose United first. I also know Jet Blue is awesome but have not had a flight on it.

The fight attendant from this flight is the most cheerful and kindest and helpful attendant ever!
