My one complaint would be that when I book my flight, I would prefer to pick my seat at time of booking since I am traveling with a child. We were in separate rows & seat assignments and changed it when we got to the kiosk.

Had to book through Orbutz because your site was pretty poor. I kept getting kicked off but you charge if we use the phone, even accessible line.

Negative was Spirit treating the round trip reservation as two, so had to go online separately to buy seats and arrange details for each leg.
