Very helpful and kind to disabled passengers. Made sure everything was easy and comfortable

Had to take everyone off the plane and fix a part. Delayed flight, but the staff at the gate were great about keeping us informed. Staff on the plane weren't very friendly.

Jan 25, 2020

I have hypoglycemia and became sick halfway through the flight. The staff was very attentive and helpful until we landed, even setting things so if we had to end our trip and return home, fortunately we were able to continue and they made sure I arrived at my connecting flight on time after being seen by paramedics upon disembarking.

Seats were cramped and uncomfortable. There was no personal room. Elbow to elbow and shoulder to shoulder. Seemed unsafe as well.

I was pleasantly surprised flying from Las Vegas to Atlanta to be on a luxury time plane with comfy head rests and great tv options. Also, sitting in the back of plane was relatively quiet compared to other airlines! I could actually hear the movie I was watching.
