This completely renovated unit has been converted into a luxurious, high-end themed vacation condominium, offering thoughtful comforts and entertainment options in every room of this 1,592 square foot ground floor residence.
The expansive open floor plan seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas, showcasing hardwood flooring throughout. The living room is furnished with a gas fireplace and a 50" plasma wide-screen HDTV connected to Comcast cable, enhanced by numerous windows that provide a picturesque view of the forest from the plush sofas, ideal for relaxation. Guests can access the spacious private deck from the far end of the living room area. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The dining and kitchen areas are situated adjacent to each other, featuring granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances. A central island offers four seating options for quick snacks. The generous dining table serves as a workspace, equipped with complimentary in-unit wireless internet and accommodates six individuals. Additionally, a small alcove in the main hallway contains a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom suite is furnished with a King-sized bed, a flat screen TV, access to a private deck, and an additional bathroom featuring a tiled shower enclosure and a newly installed vanity.

It is important to note that the Iron Horse property is situated along the skier's corridor connecting Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. Additionally, there is a 150 yard walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.
It is mandatory for all guests to prominently display the parking pass issued by the unit in their vehicle to avoid the risk of towing; this regulation is rigorously enforced on the premises.
NOTICE: The Iron Horse property is designated as a non-smoking area; smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violators of this policy will incur fines.

Perfect place to stay with a large family. We hosted dinner every night! So thankful for the big space. We will definitely be back next year. Not only is this close to the slopes.. it has a beautiful walking trail that my kids loved to explore.

Absolutely great vrbo!

This unit was perfect for our group of 5 ( 2 kids under 12, two parents and one grandparent). I don't know where to begin. The unit was on the ground level (no stairs to climb, no noise concern from our kids for residents below us). The kitchen window box with greenery, seen from the outside, put a smile on our faces returning each time. The unit was extremely well appointed and the owner's consideration (from the kitchen spices to the First Aid Kit and the bathroom toiletries) was so appreciated. I'm trying to think of any negatives - it took a moment to personalize the thermostats throughout and we moved a few of the rugs with our tripping grandmother! Thank you so much for sharing your unit - we plan to return!

This place is spectacular!

We had reserved another property and arrived to find there was construction all around it and no way to enter. What started as a bit of a nightmare for six friends meeting up who were from the Front Range and Wine Country, turned out to be a very lucky break. The spotless, well designed, delightful condo right across from the Winter Park Blues Festival was perfect for our needs. The kitchen and dining room were a wonderful, safe place to cook and gather for memorable moments. The rooftop deck and hot tub was a dream. The two master suites were spacious and beautiful. Only one complaint, which is unavoidable. The sound of trains interrupted sleep right on schedule, twice a night. Glorious stay, kudos to the hosts!
