La casa cubre poco más de 1.100 pies cuadrados y tiene capacidad para 8 personas. Hay una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal, 2 literas dobles en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. El patio en su mayoría nivelado es perfecto para que jueguen los niños o puede relajarse en el gran porche cubierto.
Usted tendrá pleno uso de la casa y el patio, EXCLUYENDO el sótano, el cobertizo y la piscina.
Charles y Amy viven a menos de 2 millas y nunca están a más de una llamada de texto o de teléfono.

Nice home near Ark Encounter

This home felt like a nice place to relax and enjoy some meals together. The antique touches in the kitchen just added to it's charm. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. All of our communication with the owner was quick and polite.

Relaxing stay

The property is just what our family needed for a little get away to bring in the new year. Able to drive back to Cincy and creation museum with easy access to the interstate. Just minutes from shopping and also enjoyed the lights and concert at the Ark Encounter. Our host was very responsive to any needs that came up.

Ark Retreat

From the moment we entered the property we were home. We are both quilters and center of the living room was a vintage quilt hanging on the wall. Kitchen was decorated all in vintage roosters loved our stay

Great location to the ark!

Great location for our family visit to the ark and creation museum. Lovely restful place and our kids enjoyed the big backyard and trees to play on and under. The listing on air b n b had washer and dryer available, but they weren't, so we had to use the local laundromat on stead. But the owner dropped off some rope for us to hang washing outside . Good communication and and response time from the owner and access to wifi in the house. Thanks for a dl laundromat

Wonderful!

This property is just as it is presented. The one thing that we really loved is the cleanliness of the home. The location was perfect as we were visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark. And it was like stepping back in time to my Nanny's house. Communication with Charles and Amy was excellent! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

GREAT!!!

This was my third stay a at this property. Fall of 2019, July 2024 and this stay: August 1-10. Asvolunteers at The ARK Encounter this place is totally perfect! Clean, close, pretty and very safe neighborhood. The little store just before your turn off for Sunset Drive and the Mexican Restaurant almost right beside The ARK were handy with good food and hours. Can hardly wait to return around this time next year!
