The bright and airy second story apartment is located in the historical El Cid neighborhood of West Palm Beach. Ideal for vacationers and business travellers with its convenient location of 2 miles from most main points of interest in West Palm Beach and half block away from a pedestrian walking path along the Intracoastal.
The space
The 1 bedroom 1 bathroom has everything you need during your stay in West Palm Beach. The unit has a half wall that separates the living space from the bedroom. The comfortable living room has a tv, little dining table that can be extended, and a fully stocked kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a queen sized bed, walk-in closet and a dresser that can open up into a desk. We have high speed wifi and usb chargers at every bedside. If you have a young child traveling with you, let us know and we can try to accommodate.

WPB has a lot to offer during your stay with us. Take our complimentary bikes down the Palm Beach 5.5 mile bike trail, stroll the shops and vias on Worth Avenue, visit the Norton and Flagler Museums, have a drink at the Ben, check out the Breakers Hotel, go out on Clematis Street, eat at too many great restaurants to name but Grato is only a block away, have a craft beer at Civil Society, see a play at the Kravis Center or a comedy at the Improv, visit Peanut Island and enjoy one of the many beaches with our beach chairs and umbrella. I am so glad I found this little gem so close to PBA, as we dropped off a family member there for school. We walked everywhere, the location was perfect We wa;kef to nearby testaurants, shopping, the beach, the intercoastal waterway. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions qe had. We are definitely going to book it again in the furure!

Cute, clean, and everything you need! Nice walk in closet with plenty of storage for your things. Don't worry about the heat because the air conditioner was very efficient. I had an event at the Hilton. I took an uber there and realized how easy it was to walk back. There is a wonderful walking path along the water which is only a couple minutes away! Maybe a 5 minute walk to a great farmers market. I walked everywhere! Great location.

Very clean simple accommodations in a great location. I took advantage of the bike and the beach chair for pleasure in my downtime. Close to PBI and the Intercoastal waterway. I had a conference at PGA National it was a short 25-minute commute in the morning.

I LOVE this property! My stay was everything I needed. I was in town just for 2 nights to visit my daughter attending PBA University. The property is literally 5 mins from her dorm (directly across fom the Intercostal) & a quick (about 5-7 mins) walk to my favorite spot when I visit The Hive. The property was immaculate & super cozy. Located in a beautiful, peaceful & safe neighborhood. Norton Museum, Publix, Starbucks, Jonathan's Market are all just minutes away in addition to my main attraction for my visit, the PBA campus & Kravis Performance Arts Center. Much more economical than a hotel with a ton more perks, hope to make this my go to place to stay when I visit.

AMAZING LITTLE PLACE....

Amazing place that makes you feel as if you've checked into the Caribbean... From the layout of the apartment to the outdoor porch surrounded by gigantic tropical trees, its an absolute treat of a rental. Will definitely be staying there again.

Quiet well-stocked rental!

Everything was as expected. Although it was difficult for us 60ish year old guests to find local programming on tv. We finally decided you had to use your own passwords for your own tv subscription. We chose not to do that. But the unit was very quaint and welcoming, comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchen, with even a few extras. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!
