Totally remodeled 2BR/2BA condo on the second Floor of a 2 story complex. All brand new Furniture. Perfect location on the island in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is 4 blocks to the beach and 4 blocks to town. There is a great balcony to sit out and enjoy a nice glass of wine while looking at the park across the street. There is a assigned carport parking spot for your car. Everything is within walking distance including Publix. Also there is a laundry room a few doors down. Large TV in the livingroom with WIFI and YouTubeTV.

This was the perfect location for getting out in Venice. The condo was super clean and Bruce was great to communicate with.
