The practice of charging high prices for a basic necessity like water, while offering "complimentary" versions to elite loyalty members, is insulting. The high markups are typically due to a combination of factors related to convenience, revenue generation, and a sense of luxury marketing. everyone seams to have to be making more money but loosing more hotel guests

My toilet bowl was dirty on arrival. Bathroom floor didn’t look clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and caring. The dining area staff are very friendly. House keeper spend to much time on their phone, as there no supervisor around.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences – Hilton Garden Inn Sandy, UT – 4th of July I rented two rooms over the 4th of July holiday and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. My sister also rented a room, and we brought our entire family — including my elderly mother in a wheelchair, several grandkids, nieces, and nephews — to celebrate. After checking in and getting settled, we all headed out to enjoy the local parade and fireworks. When the fireworks started, we made the responsible decision to bring my mom back to the hotel because the flashing lights can trigger seizures. We then watched the fireworks from the hotel parking lot, like many other families in the area. While we were standing in the lot — kids playing and people around — one of your employees, Zoe, came flying into the parking lot at an extremely dangerous speed. She came so close to hitting my daughter and grandson that the air from her car made my daughter’s hair fly up. It was terrifying. I ran over to tell her how close she had come to hitting a child, and instead of being apologetic or even concerned, she jumped out of her car yelling at me. She told me to "get over it" and said we weren’t supposed to be there — in the hotel parking lot of the hotel I was actively staying at. I explained we were guests and had every right to be there. Her response? More yelling. She got in my face and was unbelievably rude and confrontational — not just to me but to my daughter as well. Later, when I

This property is great. It’s in a convenient location but not on the main roadways quiet and well maintained. Room was pretty basic with a TV that was. 1/2 dark and 1/2 light and the options on the television were meh. But overall would stay again!

The only real complaint was the guests above our room made a lot of noice. Sounded like toddlers running around and it was virtually the whole time day and night and well past 10:30 PM. We called the front desk to complain and they said they’d call the room but nothing changed. In fact it may have gotten worse.
