With a flare for music and the arts this home offers a guitar for musical nights, and outdoor furniture for daytime birdwatching and nights spent under the stars. Arizona is best known for its sun and great weather! Take advantage of the golf, walking paths, restaurants and resort style living with comforts of home. This listing does not allow children.
The office is hared with the laundry room the desk has ample space to spread out so you can take advantage of the work/play lifestyle. Enjoy the comforts of the home with a fully stocked kitchen and a propane/charcoal grill out back! Please note: When propane tank is provided guests are required to fill during their stay for use.
You will have access to come and go with a digital door lock.

The neighborhood offers pools, gym, and golf amenities and much more for all guests with a minimum stay of 14 days for $120 resort fee. Private property serviced monthly.
A vehicle is highly recommended for your stay. Or you can inquire about local golf cart rental. There is a convenience store in the community for quick items along with a few local restaurants. Grocery is about 15 minutes drive.
After booking your reservation provide all guest names and their ages and you will be registered to use community amenities. HOA requires us to submit picture ID of each guest before check in. At the beginning of your stay head over to the HOA office and they will get you access to golf and community amenities.
Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly.
There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred. Entry will be behind the security door. There is a keypad. Do not lock security door.
Leave beds un-made and place towels in washing machine with door open.
House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pails. If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in.
Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.
No vehicles parked in the street overnight. No RVs parked overnight loading and unloading only. Pease inquire about restrictions.
Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed our stay on Poco Lane. The house was exactly as described and provided an excellent location for all our activities. The house was very comfortable and provided a view of the mountains from the backyard. The fitness centre, golf course and local mini mart weee all within easy walking distance. The host was always quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely recommend this stay. Andy & Karen

Completely stocked
This is the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in, so nice not to have to buy laundry soap or spices esp since we end up wasting most of the supplies. Only thing lacking was a tea kettle which we purchased and left. Not fancy but well laid out.

Pleasant stay in Saddlebrooke
We enjoyed our stay at this home. The best part was the outdoor patio with a nice view of the mountains from one side and comfortable seating to enjoy it! The home is older and a little outdated but the pictures in the listing are accurate. The rental manager was easy to communicate with and wanted feedback which we appreciated. We only had a couple minor cleaning issues. Supplies of soap/toilet paper, etc were plentiful! Would appreciate a couple more baking dishes, but otherwise the kitchen was decently outfitted.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE AT THIS RENTAL HOUSE-DO NOT RENT!!!
We weren't able to check in because the door code given to us by VRBO was incorrect. We ended up sleeping at our own nearby home on the couch and recliner, which was being remodeled and was full of dust, dirt and debris. After I called the property manager the next day, we checked in with the correct door code.
This house was not properly managed! IT WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY! We saw groupings of dust (bunnies) blowing all over the master bedroom, dining area and family room. There was no soap available in the bathrooms to wash hands or body. HOW DISGUSTING! The kitchen did not have enough sizes of pots and pans to cook meals. There were no salt and pepper shakers, napkins, scrub sponge to clean pans, or liquid hand soap to wash hands before cooking or eating.There wasn't a proper amount of laundry detergent (only one pod) available.The blinds in all of the rooms were very old, and a blind in the master bedroom and the valance above the family room blinds fell down. A ceiling light in the kitchen was not working. The water flow in the sink in the Master Bath was very slow. We decided to do laundry and both my husband and I tried to get the clothes washer to fill up with water to the level needed. No matter what we did with the control buttons, the washer would not fill to the proper level. So, we ended up doing our laundry at our own home, in which the laundry room water pipes had just been reconnected.
THIS HOUSE IS OLD AND HAS A SERIOUS WATER PIPE PROBLEM DO NOT RENT!
