The guy at the check-in did his job absolute perfectly! We booked a stay over and realized that there is no ROOM SERVICE! Not even the trashcans were emptied! Further in the next room a machinery was rumbling day and night. To have a relaxed sleep was not possible! This is not a Best Western Standard!

I liked the bedroom suite option with the jetted tub ensuite, and the small kitchenette. The fact it had two rooms made it feel larger than a regular hotel room stay, as it had two tv's and a pullout couch.

The staff welcome was the thing I could rate with the most positive response. I almost NEVER leave negative reviews as I understand and appreciate all the work that goes into every level of the service industry. But, this property itself was in such a shambles, I can't recommend against staying strongly enough. There were things ranging from litter and even dirty, wet socks outside my door. Then inside the room were dead bugs inside the bathroom in the corner, what I'm pretty sure was blood on the wall by the wet bar area, a floor so dirty if you walked around with barefeet your feet got black, the tiled baseboards were crumbling, the wallpaper looked waterlogged. There was no way any of this could be addressed by a single cleaning, so there was no point in mentioning it to the staff. (I was also in town for a funeral, so I had no energy to spare on requesting improvements to the room.) Do not stay at this location unless you have to for proximity to what you're doing in town. Period

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My stay at this hotel was beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable. From the moment I checked into my room, I was greeted by roaches crawling around. It wasn’t just one or two—it was constant throughout the night, including in the bathroom. That alone should have been enough to shut this hotel down, but it got worse. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and falling apart, making it feel like the place hasn’t been maintained in years. The so-called housekeeping was just as nasty—throwing pillows on the floor and then putting them back on the bed like that’s normal. It’s absolutely unsanitary, and I can only imagine what else gets “cleaned” the same way. This was supposed to be a safe, comfortable stay, but instead, it was a nightmare. I felt uncomfortable, dirty, and ripped off the entire time. No guest should ever have to deal with filth, bugs, and negligence like this.
