Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The male front desk attendant check in with us every day. The little lady that does the morning breakfast is so welcoming and warm towards everyone. She makes me smile each time I see her.

Great stay for us. In town for UPIKE vs Point University football game. The hotel is situated in the center of town and has a great walkable area around it. Clean, quiet and well kept. Indoor pool was open, heated and clean. Breakfast was good when compared to most hotel breakfast spreads. Would absolutely stay again if we need to visit Pikeville in the future.

Comfortable room with friendly staff.

The breakfast items were delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. At first appearance, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The shower door had streaking from cleaning, but this didn't bother me as i find it difficult to clean glass without leaving streaks. After showering, there was some water on the floor, so I wiped it up with a towel. The towel had black dirt from the floor where I wiped up the water. This surprised me and made me wonder what else I was not seeing. I wanted to leave a note, but there was no stationary to write on. The noise level from the street was very loud at times, but this isn't the fault of the hotel. The parking spaces in the garage were tight, which made it difficult to access, as both my wife and I are handicapped, so I parked on the street. Overall I liked the hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable room.
