Cozy Waterfront Home w/Dock

Only one bridge, (8ft+/- clearance), to the harbor on the way to the Gulf of Mexico. This is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home only 1 mile or 15 minute walk to Beach Park where you can find plenty of outdoor activities including a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, playground, boat ramp, bocce ball, and public pool. Near shopping, dinning, and hospitals. Englewood beach and Lemon bay are about 30 minutes away. Watch the sunset from your private boat dock. Home is tile floor throughout and nicely furnished. 2 bedrooms have queen beds, the third has twin bunk beds. Indoor washer and dryer. Nice fenced yard with coconut palms and shade trees. We have enjoyed this home for the last 20 years for family getaways and are now offering to other families to enjoy and make unforgettable memories. Back concrete deck is open and perfect for moonlight dining and grilling. fish right from the back yard or enjoy several fishing piers in close proximity. Small pets are allowed with additional deposit and cleaning fee. Home is on Edgewater Drive, so there will be some minor road noise.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a patio and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a fenced private yard.
