The pictures are very deceiving, and we’re probably taken years ago when it was new.
There were only 3 chairs on the patio, and they were all broken, one should have been thrown out.
The microwave above the stove was not functional, this was not new news to the owner, as there was a sign taped to the front of the microwave that stated it was out of order. That made it difficult to cook, as there was no vent, and there was no light to be able to see what you were cooking and the space is not well lit. They did replace the microwave with a countertop microwave, which was not in much better shape.
The cupboards in the kitchen are falling off the walls, literally. There was no handle for one of the cupboards, I had to use a butter knife to pry underneath to open it up.
There is a bathtub, but you cannot use the bathtub as the stopper doesn’t work. The longest I could take a shower was just under four minutes before all of the hot water was gone.
The inter-workings of the safe are held together with duct tape, that didn’t instill a lot of faith that the safe was going to protect our belongings
If you were thinking that this is luxury, I guess that would depend on your definition of luxury. The silverware and the dinnerware are literally from the dollar store.
For this particular unit, it was very difficult to communicate with anybody from the management company. We sent pictures to the management company of the issues, but were met with apology after apology, but no real action until day four.
There might be some units in the complex that are great, but Surf 304 is not one of them.
