For the price, the area was decent and the property was decent. It was older but it was clean. The staff is what made it well worth it. They were friendly - went above and beyond to help -always greeted us when we came in and always said goodbye and have fun when we went out. They were helpful with places to eat and sights to see. Miguel and Jesus were awesome!

It’s under new management. Everyone there from new management to all staff are very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Would I start there again.. Yes I would.. everything is walking distance.

The staff was wonderfully friendly and kind. The layout of the hotel though, did not give us a window to the outside, just to the hallway. The room smelled so strong of mildew or mold. We were given 2 bathtowels for our party of 5, no face cloths or hand towels. The towels and sheets were threadbare. The fan above the bed wobbled badly, and was held together with duct tape. Because the only window opened to the hallway, other guests' noise in the common areas was very disturbing. Other than that, we felt safe and secure inside the hotel. The staff made us feel at home.

Management was terrible when i did my check in i said i didn't want no cleaning services and they still when in my room left my door with no lock and took my towels and didnt replace my towels when i poke to the manager she said if anything was missing from my room and i told her that was not the point she didn't wanna resolve the problem.

Just stay away

Stay away! The bedding was stained, sheets had holes. Their parking is a lot was a lot full of trash that you have to park on top of. We left after check in due to room conditions. I had a 2 year old baby and would never allow him to sleep in that place.

Crappiest place ever

Horrible place to stay. Its dirty bedding was stained, sheets had holes. Stay away. Their parking is a lot full of trash that you have to park on top of. We left after check in due to room conditions.

I am not sure what all the criticisms are for. Decent hotel 5 minutes walk from the beach, friendly staff at the front desk, warm water in the shower each night. Neighborhood was not run down as people stated. Not super elegant but suited me just fine for a couple days.
