We have stayed twice and have had really good experiences both visits, most recent, the cleaning ladies made our beds and gave us fresh towels daily. Some people don’t like staff to enter during their stay, but it was nice not to have to ask for things we may have ran out of like trash bags, soap, toilet paper! We had 6 in our party, plus kids, having the pool open later than most places was also a huge plus! Would definitely stay again.

Very clean room and excellent Staff. Only negative is Continental Breakfast room is way way too small. But the food was good and breakfast Staff very polite and great workers.

Was a great place to stay and great location. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. Women at the front desk were very nice even offered to call when our room was available since we got there too early. Only one complaint was it says it’s a non smoking place but kind of smelt like smoke but not bad enough to cause any issues. I would stay here again.

The staff at the front desk was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was small and difficult to use. The breakfast was subpar, the bacon was thin, sausage patties were thin and dry. I actually had better field scrambled eggs in the military. After the first morning we decided to go to a restaurant for breakfast for our next two days.

Parking provided by the hotel is limited. We ended up parking in front of the hotel between the hotel and the Denny’s restaurant and walked to the back of the hotel where the entry door nearest our room was located. A part of the parking lot in the rear of the hotel wasn’t lit very well. Front desk staff was friendly enough. Room key card failed to open the entry door and the room door, had to try key card 12 times before opening. Took them to front desk, they reprogrammed them and it continued to do the same thing which was irritating. Other guests whom we spoke to and whom tried to help us gain entry told us they were experiencing the same problem. The room was neat and clean with the exception of the bathroom fan-vent. It was filthy. It has a built in room warmer that would have been nice to use. The fan-vent runs continuously so it was kind of off putting thinking that dust and dirt were being blown all around while your bathing and getting ready for the day. Breakfast was the same as expected from Comfort Inn. Good, hot and breakfast foods we would typically eat if we were at home. Appreciated the efforts by the staff to keep everything clean and well stocked in the breakfast area. Overall a good visit.

Everything was very clean. The bed was really comfortable and the service was wonderful. We stayed at 2 other hotels while on our trip and compared to Comfort Inn & Suites at Dollywood Lane this was the best, especially when it cost less money than the others.
