Come stay in this comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. There are two units in this duplex, each with its own entrance with a shared deck in the back. There is a large back yard with lots of room to relax. This quaint old home has been fully remodeled and has a small view of the bay! Walk downtown for dinner or shopping. We are close to bike trails, beaches, golf and ski resorts and much more. It is situated in a quiet residential area. This unit accommodates 6 comfortably.
We have windowl air conditioning units: one upstairs and one downstairs. We use old school window fans too!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private yard, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We loved our time in Petoskey, and this place could not have been better situated. We had lovely walks around the town every morning and sat out every evening enjoying the cool shade and looking out into the bay. Colleen was an amazing host that went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one. We would all love to return again one day and would easily recommend this place to others.

We enjoyed our vacation in Petoskey. We liked the convenience of the house location to downtown. Colleen was response to any question we had. The only problems we had with our stay was the Wi-Fi connection which Colleen resolved (we were given older versus sign on) and the king bed was collapsing on one side. Other than those issues we liked our stay.

Cozy & Inviting Home Near Everything in Petoskey

This is our second time staying here and not our last. The host is very kind and helpful. We love the convenient location to everything downtown and appreciate the amenities. Girls Weekend

Loved the condo, location and Colleen. The mattresses are tired. The Queen bedroom backs up to the UPS or Post Office. Very loud and bright. Thank God they weren't open on Sunday. I was able to sleep Saturday night. Winter may be better because windows are closed, and drapes drawn. Colleen was a wonderful host. Came right away when there was a problem with the sink. Having given my review, I would stay there again.

Great location~ Wonderful stay

We looked for a place that was close to downtown ~ and to The Stafford Perry as we were visiting Petoskey for a wedding. The house totally met our expectations and we had a wonderful stay.
