Perfect size perfect views

This unit was clean a welcoming. Very comfortable. Perfect for our family of 5 (or 6 if that’s was you have). It worked out well that the King as in the guest bedroom and the double beds were in the master. Everyone had plenty of space.

Great views!

Great views of the beach! We will definitely be back to Portofino. It had everything we needed right on the property. The unit was really nice for the most part but a few things could use some attention. The carpet in the master bedroom was very stained and the master bathroom shower sliding door only had one side. Also if you could have a little nicer bedding (sheets at least) it would feel more luxurious. The sheets were very scratchy. Same for towels. But overall we were very pleased! Especially loved the table overlooking the beach on the balcony.

Easter spring break

I can not say enough about this property. It was beautiful so clean and amazing views of ocean and bay with sunset !!!! The amenities here were awesome have 3 young kids so leaving is always hard foe dinner and with two restaurants it was perfect ans good food. Never left. Kids activities were great too. Blow up obstacles on the bay they had a blast the tower 3 where this property was was closest to beach and short walk to main pool area. Just all around happy with everything

Blue Angels 75th Anniversary Air Show

Property was in an ideal location , views were fantastic, gorgeous condo, would definitely stay there again, staffing, cleanliness and ease of parking was great, travel to Pensacola Beach for air show was so easy, this was definitely a 5 star rating for Portofino and VRBO .

Great condo with breathtaking views!

My mom, my self, and my 6 year old son had the pleasure of enjoying this condo for a week. We could not have asked for more. Everything was clean and comfortable. We cooked in for a few nights and the kitchen was well appointed. We had a battery go out in a smoke detector resulting in a pretty annoying chirp just outside of one of the bedrooms. I reached out to Carrie and maintenance had the problem handled very quickly. Location to the beach was close and the ocean views as well as views of the sound from the balcony were amazing! We will definitely stay at this unit again.

Amazing Views & Impeccable Condo

Absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated with soothing and serene decor

We had a wonderful stay, perfect for adults and children. Our unit had a lovely ocean view with balcony to enjoy breakfast outdoors. There was a broken shade on the window which Carrie responded and took care of within minutes. We plan to return!

Great variety.

Pools, gulf beach, bay side beach and water activities, immaculate clay tennis courts, junior tennis clinics and lessons. Cash free (room cards) was a plus with three teens.

Nice getaway

This property was exactly what the photos and description depicted. I travel with clean freaks and they had nothing negative to say about the condo. It’s on the edge of town so the attractions are a drive or bike ride away. However the beach is close and property has plenty to do.

Better than we expected

We have been visiting Pensacola as a family for over 20 years and always avoided Portofino because it was just too big for our taste, however, we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with how nice it is and how well organized and efficient Portofino is. To be the week leading up to the July 4th holiday, it did not feel crowded at all. The elevators are very fast. The beach is well maintained, and the rentals chairs/umbrellas, and surf boards were like new. We will definitely stay at Portofino again. Thanks to everyone who made our stay very positive.

Beautiful view from every room

We’ve been staying in tower 4 on our last few visits to Portofino to be closer to the life center but this condo in tower 1 was the most beautiful view of the gulf we’ve ever had. Now that our kids are older and more independent, it was great to be closer to the beach. The condo itself was clean and had plenty of room. We did accidentally give our kids the better bathroom but they were happy to share.
