Highly recommend this hotel. Everyone was super nice, our room was on the smaller side but it was comfortable, quiet and didn’t have carpet which I prefer. The little market is nice to buy snacks and the bar is a nice size. I’d definitely stay here again. Good location for Ubers too!

Because of the proximity to the U.N. we weren’t able to get into the hotel because the road was blocked by police due to political demonstrations that day despite having proof of the reservation, but I think that affected many of the hotels in Manhattan. There is a great place to have breakfast called John’s Coffee Shop. There is also a great market next to that called Ermina’s by Westside Market. Everything is walking distance from this hotel.

It's in a great location close to grand Central Station and it's wonderful market, walkable, rooms clean. The staff is professional and genuinely friendly. Never saw them on their phones. Always looking up and prepared to greet people. The UN conference was on the week I was here. People from all over the world coming and going (which I loved) and yet it felt relaxed, never out of control. Will stay again. **my one bit of feedback for management: please change the lobby music from silly thumping rock/pop to something elegant that befits your guests and proximity to the UN: classical or jazz

It’s a very nice property and I would definitely stay again. It’s away from anything major where all the lights and noise are which was nice but all within walking distance. Easy to catch an Uber.
